Work Text:
My dearest Dorothy,
I am in a gallery in Coventry now, staring at a picture of lady Godiva. She wasn’t afraid to get naked once, and I think it’s beautiful.
Thanks to her, it just occurred to me that I have never told you about some icons I put on my wall once. Ever since then, I have them there, hanging above my bed, and for some reason, I just genuinely need you to know that their names are: Freddie Mercury, David Bowie, Mick Jagger and Debbie Harry.
That’s all I wanted to write, really, I don’t know. I’m somehow emotional about this.
All the love, always.
xx
