The world as you know it has changed.
16 years ago, A guy was born with genetically perfect averageness...
This story is about that guy meeting with his childhood friend for the first time in (maybe) years...
Tadano: Okay Komi-san, here we are.
Komi looked at the strange sight in front of her that her new best friend somehow hadn't noticed yet.
Tadano: These two are Najimi Osana.
He paused
Tadano: wait two... what the-
He did a double take
Najimi had two heads for some reason
Najimi 1: Hi Tadano-kun
Najimi 2: It's been a while, hasn't it?
Tadano: Oh... uhh... excuse us for one second, Komi-san...
Komi stepped back
Tadano: Najimi, what is this? Why do you have two heads? (and four arms?)
Najimi 1: Well to answer your question, Tadano.
Najimi 2: We're twins! Conjoined twins to be precise.
Najimi 1: Dicephalus Tetrabrachius Dipus twins if you wanna get really precise.
Komi stepped back in and grabbed a notepad off of a desk
Komi: 「Which one of you is Najimi」
Najimi 2: Oh... uh... it's a long story... Y'see our mom was only expecting one of us... but then we were born, and she just named both of us Najimi. To avoid confusion we go by nicknames.
Najichan: I'm Najichan and he's Najikun.
Najikun: Yo!
Najichan: Whenever someone calls us Najimi, it's to refer to both of us.
Tadano: okay... anyway, I need your help. See, Komi-san here wants to make at least 100 friends and I wonder if you two would be able to help her with that.
Najichan: Ah... hehe, well I do love a challenge every now and the-
Najikun: Nope, it's not possible.
Tadano and Najichan: What!?
Najikun: Don't give me that, sis. You really don't remember what happened when we were kids?
Najichan: Aw come on, I've always wanted to try again...
Najikun: Nuh-uh, not happening!
Tadano: He has a pretty big grudge, doesn't he?
Najichan: You have no idea...
Tadano: How come?
Najichan: Well, uh... don't spead this around but...
The twins leaned in and whispered into Tadano's ear
Najichan: Komi-san was the only person we couldn't befriend when we were kids.
Najikun: We were so shocked that we got sick and couldn't get out of bed for a week.
Najichan: I've always wanted to try again but... he didn't, no matter how much I tried to persuade him.
Tadano: Well...
He turned back to Najikun
Tadano: Well, just give her a chance, please?
Najikun: I already said no, Tadano... I'm sorry, but I just think it's impossible...
Najichan: If you don't then you can forget about that first day of high school get together I've been planning.
Najikun: Ugh... fine... I'll help her
Najichan: Yaaaay!
Najikun: On one condition...
Komi, Tadano, and Najichan listed intently
Najikun: ...Komi-san... will you go to Standbakes and get me a chocolate milk deep mocha frappuccino with extra cream, chocolate syrup, chocolate chips, and extra whipped cream?
Najichan: He... really loves chocolate...
Komi put that in her (stolen) notepad
Najikun: Oh, and while you're there, get her a nonfat milk latte frappuccino with cream, strawberry syrup, pistachios, and regular whipped cream, okay?
Komi put that in her (stolen) notepad too and left to go to Standbakes...
At Standbakes, she was greeted by the barista and asked what she wanted...
Komi tore out the page with the Twins' orders on it and gave it to the Barista
She then read through it, becoming increasingly distressed as she got to the bottom like that one Ratatouille meme.
Barista: ...
Komi: ...?
Barista: Guys we have a Code Yellow...
Komi returned with the Twins' coffee.
Najikun: uhh... this isn't what I ordered...
Komi frantically double checked her notes
Najikun: Nah, I'm just messing with you!
Najichan: ...
Najichan slapped her twin in the face
Najikun: Ow! What the heck, sis?
Najichan: Sorry... It's just... that wasn't very funny...
Najikun: Oh... Sorry, Komi-san...
The twins enjoyed their coffee on their way to next period...
