First month anniversary

Summary:

It’s been a month now since Lampert and Kasper got together and nothing is better than celebrating their anniversary by going bowling.

(This is my first time writing in English and mostly general so I appreciate constructive criticism 🙏)

Notes:

Umm, hello guys um so like this was a bit cringe to write but you know, like please don’t leak my address if you don’t like it I guess.

(I know the beginning is badly written but I promise it will develop into something not so bad)

(See the end of the work for more notes.)

Work Text:

Lampert stepped out of the elevator making his way to his now beloved boyfriend. It was their first month as a couple and he bought the skateboarder some Flowers which he hinted that liking a few weeks ago.

Before managing to get the chance to knock, the door practically flew open missing him by an inch.

“LAMPERT !! :D”

Kasper screeched as he practically flew into his boyfriend’s hands hugging him tight.

“Happy Anniversary my beautiful handsome sweet caring boyfriend !! I had already heard you coming out of the elevator btw :)”

Lampert still a bit shocked hugged him back smiling as if it was muscle memory.

“Happy Anniversary babe”
After a few moments they separated, still grinning Lampert gave Kasper the Bouquet of Flowers he was still holding in his hand.

“Oh wow! you really remembered :0”

Kasper seemed surprised that he remembered when he had mentioned them once telling about how good they smelled and that they have a beautiful meaning or something.

I mean, of course he remembered, you could tell him the smallest detail and after months he would still remember it, carrying the memory with him.
Kasper smelled the flowers smiling gently at them and looking up at Lampert.

“These are beautiful, thank you :D”

“Anytime”

Lampert smiled back at him going inside his apartment as Kasper invited him in.

Kasper took a vase from his kitchen cabinet filling it with water and putting the flowers inside, placing them on the dining table as he sits criss cross next to Lampert at his couch grinning widely at him.

“Sooooo, For our anniversary I bought us tickets to go bowling at the bowling alley where we had our first date :3”

Kasper smiled proudly, as his partner smiled super big, thanking him over and over as he got exited knowing he hadn’t gone bowling since.

“Omg Yayyyyy :DDD At which time do we go ??”
Lampert started bouncing his leg due to the exiting and fun memories he had of this place as he couldn’t stop smiling.

Now Lampert wasn’t exactly… the best at bowling, in fact Kasper was way more skilled than him due the fact that the bowling alley was basically the only thing keeping him entertained. But still Lampert loved going there even if he had like never won.

“I made the Reservation for 16:30. And it’s around 15:00 o’clock right now, so it’s fine if we go get ready at around.. let’s say 16:15?”

“Alright fine by me!”

Lampert continued smiling when he remembered he hadn’t had lunch yet. And going by the fact that Kasper has a habit of not having a proper schedule to eat, meaning he also probably hadn’t had lunch yet, he suggested that Lampert made lunch to which Kasper agreed.

After 15 minutes Lampert returned with two simple bowls of Spaghetti with Pesto sauce, both devouring it practically as they watched a random movie Kasper had put on.

Finally 16:15 rolled around and Lampert couldn’t keep his excitement as he waits for his Partner to get ready.

“Come on Hurry!! Our Reservation is already soon!!”

“Chill Babe, it’s only like a five minute walk we’ll be there in no time! :3”

As they finally left the apartment Lampert insisted taking the stairs saying “it’s way faster then that 3000 year old Elevator” he wasn’t wrong though. The only reason it was still used was because it’s still better then carrying groceries by the stairs, but man, you could’ve run up, run down and run up again, and the elevator would’ve just arrived.

As they finally left the building the cold air
immediately hit them realizing they might’ve chosen a better jacket.

“I mean it sure wasn’t as cold when I got here”

“Yeah the weather can get pretty annoying this time of year :/“

Finally entering the bowling alley the warm air hit them like a man stranded in the dessert seeing water for the first time again.

As they looked around they saw that there weren’t really many people there even though this place had used to been packed making it almost impossible getting a reservation.

Finally getting to their reserved booth they typed their name in the tablets as Lampert looked at the screen above the bowling lane he suddenly saw the name “ The biggest Rizzler” pop up.

“You did not just name yourself the biggest Rizzler”

“Well what can I say, the name speaks for itself”

Kasper grinned at Lampert as he put his head in his hands mumbling “OMG OMG OMG…”
As everything was set up Lampert was revealed that he would go first.

“Heh, now you can see my real skill”

“Dude. That was lowkey cringe”

“Shut up I literally have so much aura, stop trying to be nonchalant”

With that Lampert confidently threw the bowling bowl across the Lane as his smirk slowly turning into something even Kasper couldn’t read.

“One cone”

Lampert took a deep breath.

“Alright the lane has the be rigged. Because there is NO WAY I practiced this much on the WII just to still be this bad.”

Kaspers smirk started faltering into confusion while laughing.

“Dude. Are you seriously telling me you have been practicing on a WII?? There are literally like hundreds different options and you choose probably the most impractical one, also I seriously did not think anybody would’ve still had those lol. Also you just all that ‘Aura’ you were just talking about”

Lampert went to his seat back defeated.

“Alright. Then you go because I swear if you get a perfect strike-“

Lampert tried holding into his laughter but failed miserably as on the screen next to “The biggest Rizzler” showed up that he in fact didn’t even hit any cones at all.

“Alright this is rigged”

Kasper stared at the cones at the end of the Lane which still sat there, perfectly still.

“So, who has no Aura now?”

Lampert giggled at his boyfriend.

“Should we go tell the staff our just accept our fate and keep playing?”

“Let’s keep it this way, at least now I have an actual chance of winning”

Lampert continued grinning at him knowing this might finally be the time he’ll get to defeat him, already imagining the face he would’ve made when it showed that he won.

But of course it didn’t take Kasper long until he figured out how he had to throw the ball so it would hit the middle while Lampert tried copying his moves and somewhat failing and succeeding.

After an hour of sweat falling off Lamperts forehead due to the bowling bowl being very heavy, they finally got to see their final score.

“Lampert-“

Kasper took a deep breath shaking as he tried holding in his laughter.

“Lampert, look- look at my score-“

Kaspers hand shook as he pointed at the score barely keeping himself together. As Lampert looked up he saw it, the number Kasper just couldn’t stop saying, the number he could NEVER escape……..67.

“Dude, I don’t think I know somebody who is more brain rotten than you.”

Lampert looked at him like a teacher whose student just failed a test while Kasper giggled.

“Dude this lane is cursed”

“At least I got a 65, that’s probably the best number I’ll ever get”

Lampert smiled amused.

“Alright let’s go check out and buy a snack im literally starvinggg”

“Don’t I just made us lunch like an hour ago?”

“Yeah but there’s always room for more”

Lampert giggled.

“Alright let’s go”

The Rest of the day passed in a breeze. Kasper and Lampert bought themselves totally overpriced chips which ended up being like 90% Air anyways but better than nothing.

Finally they let themselves fall onto the couch like they just finished a 13 hour shift.

“Damn my arms hurt like hell”

Lampert complained.

“Well we hadn’t moved much like at all this month lol”

Kasper smiled at Lampert as he smiled back. Kasper laid himself on his back as Lampert lays himself on top of him resting his head on his chest.

“Today was great, happy anniversary again”

Kasper smiled gently.

“Happy anniversary babe”

Kasper watched as Lamperts heartbeat slowly started slowing down as he began driving into a deep slumber. Smiling at his partner Kasper closed his eyes exhausted from the day.

Notes:
