Our lives had changed significantly since the revolution changes that I welcome with an open mind and heart my heart of course belongs to Rae we have married and have adopted beautiful twin daughters Aleah and May. We quickly became a loving family of four with major adjustments that needed seeing too immediately.
For one our first priority was finding a place to live since I am no longer a noble along with my father we aren’t well off anymore father works under the new regime of a mixed sovereign government he is simply a consultant on important matters gone are his treasurer days.
In the interim we lived in a secluded dorm on the Royal Academy Campus with the twins it was convenient enough since Rae and I were now teachers and employed there. It was only for a few weeks until Rae sorted out our permanent living arrangements this is where my open mind lay.
We moved into a smaller home that I wasn’t acquainted with as yet it was much to foreign to me at first with only two bedrooms a kitchen and joint living and dining room never mind the shared bathroom. The only part I took to first was the garden we had a wonderful back yard it was spacious with a massive tree that provided lovely shade. Most of all I loved it because the girls enjoyed the outdoor space the most playing and practicing their magic and sword skills.
Rae works hard to provide for us and we made sure to thank her properly everyday even though she plays coy at times insisting that we need not fuss over her with hand maid gifts from the twins and I we learnt to knit not long ago and of course my wifely night time duties.
I know very little about what Rae does besides teaching to earn extra money I have leant to live a commoner lifestyle without the extravagant leisure though it didn’t feel that way. We had the best foods always fresh our cupboards full and meat dishes regularly, the girls were never short of toys, books or clothes, our furniture was decent not torn or tattered or second hand. My clothes too although my taste in style has changed drastically forgoing the lavish dresses and over the top outfits though I still kept a few from my noble days. I exchanged them for house skirts and blouses my make up too I only wore some on special occasions instead of daily my hair care and fragrances never fell short either.
I know this is all Rae’ s doing as she manages the household and money she doesn’t take a cent from me even when I insist we end up in a fight over it most of the time. She always insists that I spend it on our twins taking them out and treating them to ice cream, chocolate and other delicious snacks. And save the rest for the their academy fees for when they’re older I feel ashamed sometimes as if I’m not pulling my weight however Rae is always there to reassure me about what a good mother and wife I am...
It’s late I finish tuck the twins in they have school in the morning and I didn’t want them lingering about past their bedtime.
I clean up the kitchen Aleah prepared a divine pot roast for dinner my daughter worked so hard on our meal that I couldn’t let her clean up she needed to rest and play with her sister for the evening.
Hmm, that’s odd I wonder where Rae could be it’s about that time of the night where she indulges into a lewd mood around me... I begin my search rinsing the last plate setting it onto the rack I’m good at this now dishes don’t fall and break anymore.
The bedroom is empty, I knock and open the bathroom door to find she's not there either where could she be? I check on the twins while I’m here they’re sleeping peacefully but no Rae still. Finally I reach the dinning table I find Rae resting on her arm eyes shut, lips parted as she drooled over herself I giggle did my Commoner have to be this cute.
Rae was busy with the bills and budget tonight it had surly tired her out to have fallen asleep here of all places I reach for her shoulder to wake her when one of the strewn papers scattered over the table catches my eye.

My eyes widened in shock what was this budget I wake up Rae up by slamming paper in front of her.
“Just what is this Rae Taylor?”
Rae awakes instantly with a smile wiping the drool from her face.
“My beloved wife has come to take me to bed!” Rae cooed.
I clear my throat pointing to the paper waiting for an explanation.
“Oh, that’s the budget.” Rae didn’t think much about it.
“Excuse me, but the last item on your list?”
“I like it when you have sexy underwear baby!” Rae’s smirks flirtatious eyes too.
Then it occurs to me my draw is filled with different sets of undergarments that I assumed I brought with me from the manor my face burns up Rae has been buying them for me the entire time and they’re just to my taste.
“That is no reason to spent so much!” I try.
“It’s worth every bit of my sweat on you and I will always live to keep my cheeky Villainess happy and most importantly sexy...” Rae teased.
“I have no choice but to teach you a lesson on over spending...” I take Rae by the hand and guide her to the bedroom locking the door behind us after all I have to show off these garments...
