Chapter Text
I woke up in the morning as usual. It was raining outside, which was unusual since it was summer break. However, I didn't think much of it. I went to the bathroom to brush my teeth and fix my hair.
When I managed to do that, I went back to my room. I was supposed to get dressed, but I didn't feel like it, so I went down to the kitchen in my pajamas of course my grandma screamed when she saw me but I didn't care, when I walked to the kitchen I saw my dad reading the Daily Prophet, and breakfast was already on the table.
– Corvux, but you could have at least put on some clothes, normal clothes – my dad said with a laugh, looking at my pajamas.
– I didn't feel like it, plus we don't really have anything planned today, right?– I asked, sitting down at the table and immediately spreading peach jam on my toast.
– We don't have anything planned...– my dad began, but something interrupted him: an owl with a letter. – I think we do have plans, son– he said, and moved to the window where the owl was sitting.
My dad took the letter from her and gave her a treat before returning to the table. He didn't open it, though, just handed it to me. I looked at him in surprise, jam on my face.
– Is this for me?– I asked, surprised. Well, I didn't have any friends or acquaintances who wrote me letters, so this was unexpected.
I quickly wiped the jam from my face and picked up the envelope. My details were on the front.
Corvux Black
Grimmauld Place 12
London
– Where did they get this information?– I asked myself. I opened the envelope, and inside was a ticket for Platform 9 ¾ and two letters. I picked up the first one and started reading.

– I'm going to Hogwarts!– I shouted happily, almost throwing away my cup of tea.
My dad just laughed at my reaction.
– I think I still have some books from when I was at Hogwarts. We'll see in the attic, but for the rest, we'll have to go to Diagon Alley – my dad said, looking at me with a twinkle in his eye.
– Eat up and go get dressed. We're leaving right away so we don't forget anything. And we still have to go to the vault at Gringotts Bank.–
Satisfied, I finished my toast with jam and ran to my room to get dressed. When I entered, I noticed my clothes were laid out on the bed. Kreacher had probably prepared some for me when I was eating breakfast.
I quickly dressed in the clothes I had prepared: a white shirt and a black sweater. I wore black elegant pants and elegant shoes. When I was ready, I went down the stairs to the fireplace where my dad was waiting for me.
– Put on your coat and let's go– he said with a smile. While I was putting on my coat, he put on his mask. I still don't know why he needed it, but he said he'd explain when I was older.
I took my dad's hand and we went into the fireplace. My dad took the floo powder.
– To Diagon Alley– he said, throwing the powder into the fireplace. A green flame engulfed us, and I held my dad's hand tightly, not wanting to let go.
When we were in Diagon Alley, my breath caught. We're supposed to be wizards with my dad, but I've never been to Diagon Alley with him or alone, so it's all fascinating to me. I have flashbacks to some places, I don't know why, but I don't care.
And most importantly, you already know this, but my name is Corvux Regulus Black, my father is Regulus Black, and this is my story.
