Chapter Text
It’s dawn, that stupid trip to spawn took so long and she’d rather not have to waste another what— four hours? Just having to boat back, she really needs to get her elytra fixed, huh? Just being at spawn has her feeling irritated, and the sun beats down so harshly— how does anyone survive here?
It’s fine, she’ll deal with it as long as she gets to see Wiicoded again. Speaking of, where is Wiicoded? Whatever, she’ll look around spawn to find her companion. After all, what’s better than one villain, but two?
Except, unfortunately for her—- Wiicoded isn’t who she finds. In her place, she finds Ellora. Awkward, have they ever been on good terms together? Doesn’t quite seem like it.. Nevermind, she greets with a small bow.
From what she knows of the queen, she’s uptight, and—- rather close to Mcrninglories. Though it seems as though she’s hiding something from him. She wonders what, but that doesn’t matter. They don’t care about whatever problems Ellora and Mcrninglories have. It’s not their concern what happens at the kingdom. She ignores the odd bit of dread, something is going to go wrong.
The time standing, staring at each other is awkward. Neither wanting to make the first move, that’s fine. It’s not like conversing with Ellora will get her any closer to her goal, she’ll be the bigger person and leave. “Well, pardon me. It was a pleasure to see you, I do need to find my friend now, though. Farewells.”
As she goes to leave, there’s footsteps behind her—- Great. She’d really rather not deal with this. Her walking comes to a halt, so do the footsteps.
“What do you want with Cyrus?” The Warden asks. Cyrus? Who’s—- oh, wait. That’s Mcrninglories, right?
She slumps, slightly, headache building. She needs to get out of here, honestly.
“Nothing. Well, nothing of your concern.” The lie rolls off easily, well, maybe it’s half a lie. She doesn’t see why her business would ever be important to Ellora. “If you’re so worried, I ensure I don’t plan on doing anything to him.” And with that, she shrugs.
Of course, to avoid further questions, she leaves before Ellora can get another word in. She ignores that her words further dissolve into lies when the next day she decides to rig Cyrus’ home with TNT.
That’s a problem for future Clonefies, not her.
