Multiple coughs echo into the room as a couple sit next to one another. Elias looked at the hand they coughed into and jumps from the couch.
"W-what are you doing..?" Kobeni said as her gaze drifted from his facial features. "I cant get you sick, so I now believe in social distancing."
Kobeni eyes widened but then shut with a hushed chuckle. "Oh yeah? YOU...out of all people believe in staying a-away from me?"
Elias eyes drooped slightly as he went to take a step closer, *Thump!*
Kobeni's laugh wavered out as she quickly realized her passed out partner. Raising to her feet as fast as she could.
"El!? C-CAN YOU HEAR ME?!" She yelled as she kneeled down to their side, trying to pick them up but horribly failing.
Huffing as she finally got him on her back, walking slowly to their shared bedroom.

Elias's eyes then blinked open as he found himself in bed, with Kobeni holding his hand.
"W-when did I...get here, and how long have I been out?" He said looking up at his lover. "I...I picked you up...and its been 5 hours."
Her partner then immediately noticed how small she sounded, how quiet she was.
"Kobi...look at me,." Kobeni took a minute to look up from her hung low head. "Do you see me? I'm not dying or anything...got that?" El said with a weak smile, trying to cheer his partner up.
Kobeni then brought El's hand to her cheek, kissing the palm of it softly.
"Please...don't die. I c-can't lose you." Elias's eyes widened at the gentle kiss placed on his hand. Taking in the affection with a now warm smile.
"I would never do that to you." He said covering her lips, leaving a kiss on his hand to imply his actions.
Kobeni didn't care about getting sick, not now. She then removed his hand, placing a gentle peck on his cheek.
"El...I love you so much." She then cupped the other cheek in her hand, crawling on the bed. But he wasted no hesitation in uttering the next words. "I love you too, Kobi..BUT. No kissing,.."
"I don't want to get you sick." He said darting his eyes from her lips and her eyes.
"Elias...I don't care about that. I just wanted to kiss you...a-and hold you. Please...let me have this." She said alongside laying her head on his chest.
Elias heard the need for physical comfort, smiling softly at the sight as he wrapped his arms around her. "Anything for you."
