Just us two under the stars you created my love
“They’re still pretty, just like you, my sweet Crowley.”
Aziraphale and Crowley were out in the yard, lying on a sun-bed in the middle if the night while watching the starry skies above. Their favourite thing to do since moving to the countryside, their cottage. Their new home.
“Thanks Angel. Nice of you to say so, but you’re the pretty one.” Crowley not as used to the compliments, but he was all for them just the same. Those from his Angel.
Their gazes locked, the stars no longer the interesting part of the eve. Guess it really hadn’t been the main event after all?
“I see them all, in your eyes my love. The ones you created. As pretty as your eyes, my sweet Crowley.”
Crowley felt the flush on his cheeks, despite having gotten plenty of mushy fluffy comments from Aziraphale by now, but it still was getting some used to.
“Always the poet then aren’t ya, luv.”
“Only for you my, sweet love, only for you.”
Their hands connecting, their eyes back on the stars, the thing they too loved, the two together.
