This book will include sensitive themes, such as implied of mental illness, unhealthy family dynamics, and internal conflict... the list may be expanded as I go on. The profiles for the Puffs and Punks also take place in their middle years, such as ages 13 and up.
The Rowdyruff Boys and the Rowdyright Boys will be relevant as I get into them, but not for some time. I'll work into expanding the girls personalities and how they grow, since I've already had ideas for them. The Powerpuffs Bunny and Bullet will be talked about too! I love them both.
And yes, Bliss from the 2016 reboot will have relevance, as well as my original counterpart for her, Blair. Technically, she isn't a canon Powerpuff Girl, but I believe she has potential. I'll work on changing her backstory and some of her character, since that “Bird Poop Island” concept was pulled straight out of the writersbass. Literally, what the hell were they thinking?
