Laurent Ulrich was doing paperwork in his office when there was a knock at the door.
It was Michel Aupetit, the former Archbishop of Paris.
"How are you?" asked Ulrich.
"Not too bad, the Pope has restored my confidence," replied Aupetit.
He continued, "I want to say that everything said in the Paris Match article is true; I went astray for love," declared Aupetit.
"With whom?" asked Ulrich.
Aupetit simply stared at Ulrich. Ulrich felt shocked
"Me?" said Ulrich.
"Yes, you," replied Aupetit.
"I don't know what to say," stammered Ulrich.
Aupetit kissed Ulrich on the cheek.
"I am deeply honored," said Ulrich.
Ulrich and Aupetit embraced. "
I should go, but what if we had dinner together this evening?" suggested Aupetit. "
That seems like an excellent idea," replied Ulrich.
They kissed again.
