It was morning, Rainbeau drinks bunch of sugary soft drinks so he can speed up his working progress, checking mails, then send to others, despite hyperactive, he’s very consistent and rather enjoy his own job.
mails were sent and recieved fast, it was so fast, if you blink, you missed it, despite Rainbeau did this daily, he barely get any side effects, maybe only few times, but not a lot, one day, he take a break and went to Slingshot’s cafe.
Rainbeau : fuck, that was exhausting, hi.. can i get.. uhm.. milk soda shake…??
Slingshot : yes you can, SHURI, MAKE THE MILK SODA SHAKE!!
Vine Staff : he’s asleep, again.
Slingshot : *sighs* wake him up, i still have other orders to do…
Vine Staff : ok!
Rainbeau : oh yeah, did you know that yesterday, i seen this weird green guy at midnight, he looks, very scary, i only able to take screenshot of him from afar, but unable to check closer as he disappears like thin air.
Slingshot : what the hell
Rainbeau : maybe i’m just overly hyper, but oh well, maybe i’ll catch him this time..
after a while, Shuriken gives him the milk soda shake, Rainbeau seems happy and enjoys the drink, meanwhile, he question Shuriken about something..
Rainbeau : so.. do you know this masked green guy?
Shuriken awares that’s him, he sweats, doesn’t want to tell him that’s him, Silver Shadow is his secret alter ego identity, he only become his alter ego to find criminals… then Sling interrupts him, giving Shuri's opportunity to escape
Slingshot : your order will be XXXXX bux!
Rainbeau : ok..!
at midnight, his job is almost done, only last few mails, and now he's done.
as he send the last mail, he finally sighs in relief, but then.. he saw the same mysterious green guy, it seems like they went into a alley, but there 2 criminals who been held hostage by them, Rainbeau hides while watching then
Criminal 1 : SPARE US SILVER SHADOW!! WE WON’T STEAL AGAIN!!
Criminal 2 : YEAH! PLEASE SPARE US
Silver Shadow : spare? Nuh uh, you both stole this mail, why you specifically need this? It’s clearly for me.
eventually both run away as he continue to stare at both, while both running, Silver Shadow went back to his duty, while Rainbeau follows him without getting caught, however, even when he thought he’s hidden, Silver Shadow knows him.
Silver Shadow : Rainbeau, i know you’re following me.
Rainbeau : *speaks on his thoughts* how the hell he knows me??
Silver Shadow : i still remember the first time we met, and i was also impressed at your speed, you don’t need to hide it, beau, you’re .. impressive.. for me…
Rainbeau blushes, he didn’t know Silver Shadow recognize him by his speed, he act shy and pretend it’s not really his skill, but regardless, Silver Shadow come approach him, and ask something.. bold..
Silver Shadow : may i ask you something, i won’t force you to do this though..
Rainbeau : yes…? *what the hell? He’s so close! And.. why i do know this voice..*
Silver Shadow : can i.. give you.. a.. uh…
despite how serious he looks, he somewhat has this shy side, and Rainbeau realized, that’s not just Silver Shadow.. he take off his mask, and he gasped to learn that, it’s Shuriken (even though Rainbeau already suspect that)
Both : …
Shuriken : EEEK WHAT THE HECK?? I SHOULD PUT THIS BACK O-
Rainbeau shushed him, he actually also knows that Shuriken is Silver Shadow, but he only pretend to be clueless, he don’t want anyone know his secret, so he’s save with him
Rainbeau : don’t make that noise, trust me, i won’t tell you anywhere, this is our secret, and it’s safe to us.
Shuriken : o-ok…
both eventually kisses, middle of nothing, only street light at middle of them, both blushes, but they must go, it’s getting too late, so they eventually seperate and farewell to each other.
next day, on Slingshot’s cafe, Vine noticed that Shuriken feels.. flirtier than usual..
Vine Staff : Shuri..? Why you feel.. so.. lovely today?
Shuriken snapped out of it and tries to look more serious
Shuriken : IT’S NONE OF YOUR BUSINESS!! NOTHING!!
he rushes to his job and starts cleaning more dishes, Vine Staff were curious why he even act more different than usual..
then they saw Rainbeau again, giving more mail and order drinks as usual, both Sling and Vine also suspect at both of them feels blushy, while Rainbeau and Shuriken winks to each other.
after Rainbeau finish and leaves, there a letter left for Shuriken, he grabs it and went to a private place, as he open, it was a love letter from Rainbeau
”dear Shuriken, you made me love in the first sight, you’re not just cool, but pretty and cute too, i hope we can met again in more dating area - Love : Rainbeau”
Shurikens feels giggly and kicks his feet, but then Slingshot almost caught him as he hides the letter
Slingshot : Shuri, go back to work, don’t even try slacking again.
Shuriken : ok! i’ll be back!!
