Work Text:
Up near Tail heights, past the snakes, boars and Gorillas.
Past the poisonous bog that tried to stop any trespassers from breaking in to steal any important magic potions and books of spells.
It was still morning, close to twelve o clock, eleven o three at the time.
Arvin sat at the table reading a book that the professor had on the shelf.
“So, this legendary flower really can cure any diseases?”
Asked Arvin, looking at Theophilus, who lowered down his glasses to look at him from his book.
“Yes, but no one has seen one in ages, I've heard a young pup went to The Dog Island to search for the flower to try and cure their sick sibling”. ”Atleast according to Obaba who lives in Treely woods”.
Explained Theophilus, went back to reading his book.
On the way to lonesome park, picking up a stone just by levitating it with his mind.
“I'm still not able to do that professor”. said Arvin, slightly laughing at the thought of it.
“One day you will Arvin, you are one of my best students, and soon the responsibilities will be passed onto you”.
They kept walking in, sniffing around for any signs of dangers.
Arvin watched some roosters peck at the ground, avoiding the snakes as they went on.
Making it to Gongoro park, meeting up with Bruce.
“Careful of the bulls”. he warned.
“Thank you, we will”. replied Theophilus.
Arvin already figured out why they're here.
Just then, out of nowhere, a light ball of light appeared and out came Bartholomew, in thin air and dropped right infront of them.
The two of them looked at him. Theophilus not impressed.
“Hey, brother, whats up?”
Shaking the dust off himself, they chatted abit.
Teleporting back to the mansion.
“The Ancient fish? I thought those went extinct, did they not?” Asked Bartholonew.
“Indeed, but Obaba mentioned the young one wanting to catch one to go further into Kunka ruins, with the help from Tao and Rode, two great sniff masters who have been teaching anyone who is willing to go far beyond to great length”.
Arvin studied up some more, catching up on some spells here and there.
Bartholomew observed the rocks that Theophilus brought back.
He noticed one that looked a bit strange and abit like that of a scale.
Five hours have passed.
Arvin made it back home, with Ione waiting for him.
“Hello dear”. she said.
“Hello”. he replied.
“Y/n will be back soon”. Ione mentioned.
“I'm sure they will, hopefully the hat is alright”.
