Chapter Text
Clover jolts awake in a cold sweat. A nightmare. Clover looks next to them and sees Chara peacefully resting. Clover gently shakes them awake.
”C-Chara.” Clover says voice shaken. “Huh? What time is it?” Chara asks seeing the clock read 2:30 AM. “Why did you wake me up at this time?” Chara asks concerned at Clovers shaking. “I-I had a nightmare…” Clover says their voice quiet and shaking. Chara looks at them and kisses their forehead. “Do you want to tell me what happened?” Chara asks. “N-No.” Clover says. “Okay. Do you want to try and get back to sleep? We have nothing going on tommorow so it’s your choice.” Chara says. “I’ll try and get back to sleep.” Clover says. Chara pulls Clover in tight. Clover buries their face into Chara’s chest. Clover fell asleep quickly.
”Sweet Dreams, Cowboy.” Chara says before closing their eyes.
