Chase stared at the water, kicking his feet in the water on the lake, when did he even decide to go to the lake? Hours ago now...? Felt like it. Maybe its only been minutes?
He's long been out the book and he's still thinking of what happened! Stupid. His face was still flushed, for now he watched Silver and Goldie making a makeshift Leaf boat to soar the seas as Goldie proudly announced
Stupid Nox, poking fun as him in the book!
His arm unconsciously came up as if to wipe something off his face even if nothing was there ... unlike earlier
Chase kicked his feet as lost himself in thought which sent soft ripples in the water making the two's keys makeshift boat take off gently, just the boost they needed to take off!
in the book, the two had snuck off away from Deacon and the others, just to stay connected to one another. Sweet but snarky words exchanged, banter is welcomed as always.
Chase had stolen a kiss from Nox, arms wrapped around his neck in a cheeky gesture- Chase had paused at the ravenette's reaction before furrowed brows grew on his own face
"what? I got something on my face?" he muttered confused and Nox was not helping with that suppressed laugh! Bastard... Nox had just nodded no, trying to not laugh in Chase's face "no, you don't. You're quite alright" that enough was suspicious! But the blond had let it when Nox had kissed his cheek
That's how he's here now... how he been shocked when he walked passed his bathroom mirror when he was home to be have black lip stains on his own amd cheek!
Nox didn't even tell him or gives him a heads up- Chase had thought it was smudge proof like all the shades of lipstick the other man had .... now he's stewing at the lake in embarrassment after spending 30 minutes to get black off his face
Even Deacon didn't tell him! Not even Silver when they had gotten out of the book!
