Chapter Text
It was a cold rainy night in November 1980. Freddy was wandering around - a book in hand as he hummed to himself, when suddenly, out of the corner of his eye, he spotted the curtain of the stage twitching. Curious, he makes his way over, opening the curtains, only to see the new animatronic Henry was telling him about.
"Why hello there! You must be the new bear, huh?" Freddy spoke with a warm smile - holding out a paw to the smaller bear. "I'm Freddy. Come, I'll show you around."
The smaller bear took Freddy's hand nervously, looking frightened. Freddy notices this and speaks again.
"Rough ride over, huh? That's okay, you're safe here." He pauses, before speaking again. "Say, what's your name, little one?"
"U-Umm... G-Golden Freddy... but most people just call me Goldie..."
"Well then, Goldie, I'm sure you'll be very happy here. We've been waiting for you." Freddy chuckles and leads Goldie to start showing him around.

"Well, that's the tour!" Freddy spoke cheerfully a few hours later.
"Freddy? I just remembered... you... you said "we" were waiting for me? Is there more than just you?" Goldie asks - glancing up at the older bear.
"Oh yes! Silly me, I almost forgot." Freddy chuckles as he walks - beckoning for Goldie to follow. Soon, they arrive at the arcade, where they see a yellow bunny. "Say hello to Spring Bonnie."
Spring Bonnie perks up upon hearing his name mentioned - immediately looking over to see Freddy and Goldie. He hops up and walks over to the two of them, holding his paw out for Goldie to shake - which he does.
"Hey there! I'm Spring Bonnie. And you are?"
"Oh... I'm Goldie. Hello."
"Pleasure to meet you, Goldie! Freddy told me we were getting a new member. You'll love it here!"
Spring Bonnie speaks just as cheerfully as Freddy. A huge smile on his face as he looks at the new member of the band.
