200 years ago, Yokohama was already quite closed off from the world- not in a suspicious way, just in the way they were quiet. They never got into any conflicts, no one from Yokohama left to be famous, and they just kept to themselves. Until a group of ability user made themselves known, they wanted to save the world from the filth humanity had produced, and they intended to use their ability to achieve their goal.
Their ability ranged:
The Secret Garden, the ability to create a small pocket dimension, only the user could permit entrance and exit.
Lord of the Flies, the ability to turn its victims into mindless beings that attack their own allies and those with a close emotional connection.
Raising the Alarm, the ability to make the user invisible to all who are looking.
There was also Genesis, the ability to create, if one's imagination could create. The ability of their leader. He believed that every being should have an ability that could describe their soul, instead of a select few, leaving the rest to ponder. With this belief, he created The Luminescent Baby with the hope of spreading his gift. But, of course, to create an ability to describe one's soul, the creator must have the knowledge to understand the soul.

HC about the characters that aren't the most obvious thing:
Dazai:
Gender identity- Genderfluid, but is more comfortable being referred to as a man. Most people who knew him when he was 0-7 usually refer to him as a woman because that is how he was raised.
Family- He comes from a highly religious family/clan, and he is deemed as one of the "purest" because he is a direct descendant of the head of the family/clan. The clan is quite incestuous in the effort to be "pure", but luckily for Dazai, his father decided to marry out of his family. His mother was his father's 2nd child wife (3rd wife in total); she was married to him at 12 and birthed Dazai at 13. His father was the old mafia boss, the one Mori killed.
Mafia time- He has been killing since 8. During that initial start, he was advised to be seen as a man (like Gin), and that basically started his whole gender questioning era. During his early service in the mafia, he was called "The small crow". The small crow and The Demon Prodigy are seen as completely different people by the mafia and are speculated to be related/from the same clan.
Dazai and Mori- His father became sick when he was 9-10, and that is around the time he met Mori. He saw Mori as something like his father- manipulating and a pedo. Mostly because his gaze used to linger on him for too long. He later became more reliant on Mori and took a bit of a liking to him because he was "kind" (his bar is REALLY low). He also liked how Mori treated him as something precious, delicate- not with fear but with something else.
Preferences- Dazai loves soft things, it's the tism in him. He has a specific brand for EVERYTHING, especially his bandages, clothes and makeup. lwk really high maintenance (he doesn't realise it, he's been spoilt since birth), really expensive, making me and my wallet cry. He was kinda kidnapped by Chuuya after Chuuya found him freezing in his shipping container in the winter they were 17. He has a million plushies. Loves alt music like Laufey, Mitski, Bo Burnam, Vocaloid, Sodiken!!
Oda- He is literally OBSESSED with him. At first, he only stalked him because he thought Oda was a spy (why else would he be so kind if not to get information?), but now it's just routine.
Mori:
Work- He lwk hates his job, he hates being around people. The only thing he likes about his job is the control he has over people's lives. He loves how people depend on him, how he can change their last words, how he can kill and call it an accident or that it was just time to let them go.
Dazai- He sees him as a cute little doll!! "Chubby in cute places but so small!!!!!" That's mostly why he calls him "Osa-chan" in this au.
Is he a pedo?

Elise- She is a mix of Dazai and his mother: colour scheme from his mother, but the face (Dazai and his mother look exactly the same, but Mori has only seen her face covered by her hair) and attitude from Dazai.
Chuuya:
I have nothing for Chuuya, he's perfect just the way he is :D.
Akutagawa:
Dazai- He hates Dazai in the way you hate your mother, you feel guilty bc of all the effort she put into raising you and love her bc you hope she actually cares about you.
Mori- weird af, doesn't like how he looks at Dazai.
Gin- loves his sister, will destroy the world for her (not in a weird way, weirdos)
I'm lwk not the biggest fan of MHA, so I don't have a lot of hc
Bakugou- He's really sensitive, but he reacts violently instead of your usual shy shutdown. has watched cooking shows since he was little, his fav chef is Gorden Ramsey. Chuuya and he would get along if they were stuck in a room alone together. A Vocaloid fan, he loves Miku.
Midoriya- he used to bully people online in middle school to feel better about himself. Ao3 since 10. he' lwk secretly a freak, he only shows it to some people, and no one believes them lol. hard core gacha kid.
Mina- loves drama: K-pop, politics, celebs, etc. Is always on the hunt for makup brand with her shade. Had an ED but has been recovering for 4 years.
Denki- he isn't that dumb, he just has selective knowledge. Is weirdly good at biology bs he went on the internet wanting to know how his quirk affects others and fell down the rabbit hole.
Uraraka- is quite conscious about her body. She likes to collect vintage Pokémon cards and sell them (It's the future so they are VERY expensive)
