“You would have loved these flowers.”
Breakdown sat next to the statue
The flowers were placed under the Allspark remembrance statue.
“They're called Sunflowers. They kind of remind me of you. They're yellow with a little black. The only difference is that they're taller than other flowers.”
He chuckled.
“I wish you didn't die. You kind of left me alone in this world. Not that I only want you for me to not be alone, but…everyone I love left me. My siblings are dead, they died during the war. Any kind of friend in the Decepticons, all dead. And now you? Bee, you were my last straw. I can't do this without you.”
By the end of his speech, tears were falling down his cheeks from his optics.
He quickly wiped his tears away, not wanting Bee’s possible ghost to see him cry.
“I don't know if you are out there watching me or not, but I love you. I love you a lot. Please forgive me for everytime that I hurt you. I was never good at properly showing my emotions in a healthy way. I'm sorry if you were affected by that. I really hope that you knew I loved you.”
He looked down at the sunflowers he picked for Bee.
“It's a human tradition, I heard. To bring flowers to the grave of a loved one. I know you weren't buried here, but it's the only place I could think of that matters. And not that I like humans or anything, but I figured that you would appreciate it. I know you would.”
“You always appreciated the smaller life here. I could care less about humans, but now you got me stopping for the small creatures that cross the road. I have to admit though…the creatures called ‘cats’ and ‘dogs’ are pretty cute… It's crazy how many creatures occupy this planet.”
He chuckled again.
“I really wish you'd come back. I can’t stop thinking about how you went out. During the space bridge battle? I feel terrible that I wasn't even there. If I was, then maybe…”
He paused for a moment, struggling to get the words out. He covered his face with his servo.
“Maybe I could've helped you…saved you even. I could've done something! Anything!”
He went silent again, trying to regain his composure.
“The point is…I just wish you didn't die. That's all.”
