Zaid carefully adjusted his tie as he checked his clothes out in the mirror in his and Ivy's room. Ivy had her dress on and was putting on some more make up, just slight blush before her lipstick. They were quiet, not because they were busy, but because they were also listening to Tristan and Benji in the next room. Benji had came to visit but it seemed that he also had a plan. He had a big grin whenever they side eyed him. Ivy just assumed it was because he was near Tristan again. She knew how much he loved them. He always ranted about them in a positive way, as if he held them on a pedestal. When they were ready for their date, Zaid and Ivy walked into the living room, where Benji and Tristan were simply cuddling on the couch quietly. Benji looked up with a smile.
"Oooh! You guys already ready?" He blurted out with his big goofy smile. Tristan chuckled a little at their boyfriend, Zaid rolled his eyes as Ivy smiled at him. "Yes, we are. You two promise not to do anything bad? You know .. Like a party?" Ivy asked the duo. Benji immediately nodded at that, his goofy grin still plastered on his face innocently. "Of course! We would never!" Ivy smiled softly now. "Good, see you two later."
Ivy and Zaid walked out the door while smiling. Benji just cuddled Tristan for a few minutes. Once they heard the car leave the driveway, Benji had looked up for a moment. Then, after another couple of silent minutes, he pulled his phone out and texted a few friends. It was Spencer, Jade and Hannah whom he texted. He invited them over for a video game playing type of party. It was all Tristan's idea technically, they just wanted to see their boyfriend be all happy. Once he was all done texting, he kissed them quickly and gently. Then he beamed at them happily.
"They should be here in a few minutes! At least that's what Jade said." "Good, you told them no alcohol right? Because... Well i don't want them to be in trouble when they have to leave." Benji laughed in a gentle way. "Jade actually mentioned it first, before I could. Hannah said she wouldn't bring any, but she's bringing soda and other drinks"
Tristan nodded at that. A little while later, Benji's friends, which were Hannah, Spencer and Jade, arrived quietly and quickly. Spencer looked like he had been ripped away from something or another, irritated. He actually did want to be there though, he just wanted to look like he didn't at the moment. Benji suddenly hugged him and he yelped slightly, then made a face.
"Benji! I swear if you don't bloody let go-" "you can't stop me" was all Benji had to say for Spencer to pause and groan with an eye roll. Tristan was laughing at them. Mostly at Spencer's misery. The group settled in as Benji put a video game in, Mario Kart first, and handed out the controllers. They had the game system set up earlier of course. Hannah almost won but surprisingly, Jade had beat her by one race. She even looked proud of it. Hannah rolled her eyes with a smile. The next game was Super Smash Bros Brawl. It was almost an even match, but Benji had won that one. They had lost track of time though, game after game. They only had time to clean up when Zaid and Ivy came back.
".... Benji, I said no parties." "sorry..."
