Rikuya’s touch is deadly.
A single touch from his body could kill thousands of people.
It could’ve ended this battle hours ago.
But he was too late.
The carnage kept going, Chuuya and Dazai and Akutagawa and Atsushi and everyone was still fighting.
Blood was splattered all over the ground, a haunting symphony of blood and screams ringing through the air.
Except… Rikuya was looking for someone.
And he couldn’t find her.
The brown haired boy began running through the carnage, screaming out Suzuha’s name.
“Suzuha!” His throat burned, but he kept screaming her name.
Until he heard a strangled cry from a destroyed battlefield.
That’s when Rikuya’s heart dropped.
There she was.
Suzuha Kuro.
With blood pouring from her chest.
Isaki smiled, standing over the girl as she coughed up terrifying amounts of red.
Rikuya didn’t know what true rage had felt like until that moment.
The brown haired boy ripped off his gloves, as he ran towards Isaki.
She was everything he had.
She was his fucking world.
Without her… Rikuya was fucking nothing.
His hands landed on a shotgun on the ground, most likely belonging to Kunikida or maybe another member of the agency.
Rikuya remembered the first thing the President, Fukuzawa had taught to him when he joined the agency.
“Before you start a war, keep in mind what you’re fighting for.”
And for years, Rikuya didn’t know what it meant to do something of that sort.
But now?
He knew exactly what it meant.
“Ability: Devil’s Touch” He grabbed Isaki’s hand, which caused the raven haired girl to writhe in a pain that had never been seen before.
Blood began to pour from her mouth, as he grabbed her chin.
He forced her to look in his eyes.
“You’re a monster.” He whispered, as he threw her onto the ground.
He then grabbed the gun and…
He collapsed at his lover’s side, her green eyes beginning to fade as she looked at him with such love it seemed so easy to just forget.
Forget that she was going to die.
Her internal bleeding was so bad it was useless to even consider the idea of keeping her alive.
Yosano was no where to be found; after all, all this bloodshed was to get her out of capture.
She took his hands, the hands that only she could touch.
“I love you.” She whispered, as Rikuya ran his fingers through her beige hair one last time.
“I… I love you too.”
Her eyes fluttered shut, and her body grew cold.
“Goodbye darling.”
