“Up next are my top 5 Quokki Pets as of version 4.55.3011b,” Mary Ann droned on, monotone. She reached up and rubbed her nose with the side of her hand, never once breaking eye contact with the camera.
A notification popped up in the corner of her screen: <A new member [#2844] has joined! Say ‘hi’ to wanderin_and_chillin69!>
“Hey, wanderin_and_chillin69.” She paused for just a moment and then barreled on at the same pace and intonation. “…OK, so at Number Five it’s Fey’s Masque…” The screen faded from her face to a picture of a cutesy blue facemask flapping its sides to fly in place. After a few seconds, the screen faded out and then back into a fluffy anime rat holding a staff and wearing a pale yellow shirt and orange scarf.

“RATGOD is underrated, so he gets Number Four,” she continued.

Once more the screen faded to black and then back in to show a plastic grocery bag with huge, hairy feet.
“Blibbo Bag is Number Three because of his combo multiplier. And Number Two…”
A picture of a realistic, delicate pink flower petal appeared. It had a comical dead face with X’s for eyes. “Is Peony. You know why.”
Mary Ann sniffled and wiped her nose again. She was probably coming down with a cold, but that just meant less time listening to Porter be loud and rude and more getting through Lemon level in Quokki Pets.
“And my Number One Quokki Pet for version 4.55.3011b is:”
The screen flashed and revealed a riceball wearing glasses and a pinstripe suit, posing jauntily.
“Sham Rice.”

“Anyway, that’s my top five. After an ad break we’ll move onto versions 5.07 and 6.2, and then we’ll play some Quokki Pets. Alright, see you in three.”
