Chapter Text
Akira, just as lazy as he is, has been laying in his bed ever since woke up and until now hasn’t left it, maybe only when he needed to use the toilet.
His phone had been exploding because of all the messages and calls he was getting, he even dared to stare at the screen, whenever someone from his team called.
“Why do they have to be so annoying?”
And boom.
Someone literally kicked his door open.
DOOR.
Akira sat down on his bed and looked first at the door and at Mitsu, who was smiling innocently.
― Mitsu..
― Get your ass ready. We’re going out.
― But-
― No “buts”. Just. Get. Ready.
And then he left as if nothing happened. A maid looked into his room, covering her mouth. “I’m also surprised..” Akira commented on his mind and went to the bathroom to get ready.

Mitsu dragged Akira to the lake, where they used to play often when they were children. Akira’s heart ached at the memories. He wished to go back to that time.
― Aki, what’s with that face? ― Mitsu asked, tilting his head.
― It’s nothing. Worry about yourself ― he replied, making his way to the small bridge and sat down on the bench. ― Why did you even drag me here?
― Because you can’t sit at home all day! ― Mitsu pouted.
― I can if I want ― Akira rolled his eyes.
In the meantime Mitsu stared at the sunset. The colours were mixed between orange, yellow and some slight shades of red, creating a beautiful picture that no camera could actually capture perfectly, but only eyes. Akira himself couldn’t stop staring, but it wasn’t the sunset that had caught his eyes.
― The colours are amazing, right?
― I guess so.. ― Akira placed his cheek on the palm of his hand, this time looking at the water reflecting the scenery.
― What’s wrong? ― Mitsu was now looking at his best friend. His eyes said everything: he won’t give up until Akira won’t confess.
He sighed.
― I just can’t enjoy the sunset.
― Why’s that?
― I can’t be happy when I know that you won’t be here soon.
― Aki.. I still have two years.
― Two years! ― he shouted. ― And after those two years you’ll be gone ― tears started to form in his eyes. ― Sorry, I shouldn’t have shouted.
― Don’t apologise ― he hugged Akira from behind. ― Think positive, maybe I’ll be treated and will get a chance to grow up.
― You and your positivity..
― Aki, can I say something stupid?
Akira hummed in agreement.
― Be my boyfriend..
― What..?
― Forget I said anything!
― I'm not gonna forget! ― he stood up and grabbed Mitsu’s hand, squeezing it lightly. ― Why me, Mitsu? Why out of all people?
― I love you, that's why, but you've been kind of blind to notice a few things.
― Have I really? Sorry.
― Don't apologise!
