Song of the Fanfic: girl on fire by Alicia keys (get it?)
Tom, Natalia, and gabby are walking up to the volcano, picking up rocks to throw to the lava.
Because gabby is wearing a cotton sweater, and also since the lava is burning hot, gabby starts to get very dizzy.
“One, two three–“ gabby counts the rocks but she quickly collapses to the ground.
“Gabby!” Natalia rushes to gabby, and sits her down on the big rock.
“We should probably take a break for one minute..” Natalia suggests as she sits next to gabby.
Gabby nods in agreement as she puts her head on Natalia’s shoulder.
“Alright..” gabby reacts with a thumbs up, grinning at Natalia.
After like two minutes, and tom finishing his conversation with gabby perks up.
“Natalia I think I’m ready to keep going.” Gabby tells Natalia as she gets up.
“Are you sure?” Natalia asks.
“Yeah!” “I think I’ll be fine!” Gabby says, giving a reassuring smile to Natalia.
“Ok.. but I’m watching you..” Natalia gets up and lets tom know.
Ally and Benji pass Gabby, tom and Natalia, ally looking at the trio confused.
“What the heck?” Ally says to herself.
As tom gabby and Natalia walk, they start to talk about stories about their experiences back home.
As they get higher and higher to the volcano entrance, gabby feels more and more lightheaded.
“Yeah! One time me and Ellie went to the park for ice cream” gabby says in between breaths.
“Ellie got strawberry and I got-“ gabby Faints right in front of tom and Natalia.
“GABBY!” Tom and Natalia exclaimed.
Tom goes in a panic, shaking gabby as Natalia yells Emily’s name.
Ally and Benji, who were right in front of the trio, quickly turn behind them and pause.
“Do we continue the challenge or..?–“
Benji gets interrupted by Ally running to gabby.
“What the hell..?” Emily grabs her binoculars and zooms into the crowd forming around gabby.
Emily grabs an air horn, “WHAT THE HELL HAPPENED?” Emily asks through the air horn.
“GABBY FAINTED!!” Ally and Natalia yell to Emily.
“WHAT???” Emily asked
“GABBY FAINTED!!”
“Ohhhh..” “OH? STOP THE CHALLENGE!!” Emily announces.
Emily gets up from the chair she’s sitting on and sprints straight to the crowd.
Emily sits gabby up and so called ‘checks on her’ She ends up slapping gabby on the face.
“EMILY!” Natalia yelled.
“I DON'T KNOW HOW TO DO THIS?!?!”
Emily admits.
“BRING HER TO THE INFIRMARY OR SOMETHING!!” Ara suggests.
“Oh yeah.” Emily picks up gabby bridal style and brings her to the infirmary.
[time skip lol]
Gabby is laying down at the infirmary, awake.
Meanwhile Emily, is getting absolutely spam called by gabby’s girlfriend Ellie.
“Hello?” “Why do you keep calling me?!” “You better not be my dealer!” Emily says.
“Relax it’s me Ellie.” Ellie says through the phone.
“Now, can I talk to my girlfriend?” Ellie asks, annoyed.
“Sorry, you can’t talk with people inside the show..!” Emily answered, ready to end the call.
“I don’t care, let me talk to my girlfriend..” Ellie threatened Emily.
Emily shrugs, “you know what, it’s my show so sure, as long as your on speaker!”
Ellie rolls her eyes.
“Gabby it’s for you.” Emily enters the infirmary, and walks up to gabby Natalia and tom, giving gabby the phone.
“Gabby!” “I’m watching this on live right now, are you ok?!” Ellie asks, obviously worried.
Gabby nods. “I’m ok now, thank you.” Gabby smiles, appreciative of Ellie worrying about her.
“I just feel humiliated..” “being the first one to get injured in this series..”
Gabby admits.
“Don’t be! Accidents happen gabby!”
Ellie exclaims through the phone.
“ELLIE WHAT DID I SAY ABOUT BEING ON YOUR PHONE?” Mateo, Ellie’s boss says across the room.
“IN A MINUTE!!” Ellie screams back.
“So, I have to go gabby..” “I wish I could call for longer..” “but best of luck, I’m definitely cheering you on babe!” Ellie tells gabby, as she gathers her files and grabs a pen.
“Bye babe!”
“Bye!” Ellie ends the call.
Gabby gives Emily the phone, already feeling better.
“I think I can do the challenge..”
“Sorry gabby your disqualified..” Emily announces.
“WHAT WHY??” Gabby says with tears in her eyes.
“From the challenge!” Emily tells gabby as gabby sighs of relief.
“And it’s because you’re injured according to the documents.”
Emily tells gabby.
“Alright.” Gabby gave Emily a thumbs up as she gestured to tom and Natalia to come back to compete in the challenge.
