Another day in the chibiverse has arrived but we follow one lesser known hero who’s looking to climb the ranks to the top, a kid named captain crandall (he also has a new child actor voicing him because the main va got old as always) crandall quickly swoops from alley to alley until he finds a good ol grand prize: being inducted into the hall of heroes. Penn walks outside doing garbage duty as it was typically an off day and no villains were being as active. That is until he gets tackled by crandall himself and begs to give him training to let himself be known a bit more to not only the entire chibiverse but to the general public. Penn gets up and cleans up trash off him and dumps in the trash bag, now ripped and torn because of crandall into a trash bin. First penn tests his strength, he throws a tire at him to which he snatches onto easily, but realizes it might be too light so he tries to go for something heavier: a golden statue piece. He most definitely thought he could easily write him off for not being able to handle it but not even seconds later he turns back around and crandall holds on with all the super strength he’s (apparently) got. Penn then takes him to the baddie cutout courtyard outside of headquarters and wants crandall to take out all of them in a quick fashion. BUH-ZA!!!!!! Taken out in mere seconds and penn makes him take on one more challenge, Against himself. Penn reworked the muhu so he can call back any universe form he wants by command and as a quicker communication device to the other members to the hall of heroes. Penn got an idea to switch forms into his superhero form just to give crandall a bit of whiplash but also making the kid feel included. Crandall charges, dashes under and grabs him, and tangles him with his Level 7 YOYO, but penn manages to tear through it regardless but simply forfeits and switches back to regular and thinks crandall has what it takes. Penn then walks back inside headquarters to find an hall of heroes application looking any heroes willing to join. Crandall signs it and rushes inside and waits to eventually be called on for hero claim, for a mission. Just like how the old ways here. The end title card has crandall flicking his yoyo on the right side and penn on the other side looking like he’s barely holding on.
