"Okay,okay. So, in Batman year one, it's told the first year of bruce as a vigilante. The story alternates between the narrative of a young Bruce and the negative thoughts of lieutenant Gordon. In Bruce's diary, he says he wants to cause fear in the criminals but still dont know how, and"—
He just kept blabbering about his comics. Every time you see each other, he has something new to tell you.
Most of the time, you just nod, gasps, or ask some genetic questions. You don't really know how to react when you tell these things. You don't complain about it. You actually enjoy seeing him so excited to tell you about his interest.
You watch him smile. His gesturing hands. Remembering stuff he read when he was just a boy. Something he watched years ago. While you can barely remember what you ate for lunch.
It truly amazes you how many nerdy things he can recall.
"Oh, also, in the Batman dark victory, it tells the consequences of what happened to him in the previous story. It shows Robin, too, along with their partnership. You can actually read them in sequence. Since it's basically a trilogy".
He looks at you, pointing at the comic in his hand. You watched him talk and talk about three comics in the past hour.
"My god, you're such a nerd, Clark" you grin.
"Oh, c'mon. These things are fun. " he half smiled, half complained about your comment.
You kissed him on the cheek as an apology.
