Name of your quirk: Circus Magician
Description: Can make people laugh (like Ms Joke), has a shadow puppet, can use a clothing item (handkerchief) as a portal to a pocket dimension, and can blow balloons for defensive or offensive uses depending on what shape she twists them into, as well as the density of the air used for the balloon(s) in question, which she also has the ability to choose (with concentration and training).
Strength: can make any item, so long as it isn’t meant for combat/defense, out of balloons, an infinite number of times (will cause headache if done for long periods of time, however) ; the balloons she uses are in infinite supply, as they come from the pocket dimension within her handkerchief, which is controlled by her imagination;
Weaknesses: must eat high-calorie meals in order to sufficiently use her quirk (pocket dimension full of balloons) ; gets headaches from long term use (day-to-day cycle) ; when balloons break, she feels the pain and gains a bruise/cut accordingly; when balloons break, there is a cooldown depending upon shape; initial max number of balloons in use: 4, once trained the max becomes: 7; the combat influenced ballon items she can make are as follows: dagger, shortsword, claymore, axe, lance, shield, first aid kit (fully functional)

How did you obtain it (what was happening at the time): she smiled wider than she normally had in her life, at her 4th birthday party, and it made everyone at her party laugh, which made her panic, causing inflated balloons in the area to surround her in a defensive maneuver, it was quickly found out that she’d just gotten her quirk (by Shouta Aizawa, who cancelled her quirk’s effects so they could come to that discovery)
