Nobody knows how they got here when one day a Hunter, Magical Girl, Uma, and Cleaner fell from the sky and into the Elder’s Recess. Immediately, both the Mami and Hunter were able to survive the long fall down without injury. Gold Ship the uma, although sturdy, managed to break more bones than Teio during her career. And Rudo who fell on a rock and had a serious concussion, before Mami used healing magic to heal the two of them both.
“Woaaaaa is this a cool fantasy worldddd??? Adventuring time woooooo~!!!!”
The ashen-haired uma proclaimed before attempting to march away.
“Not so fast. We just healed your injuries” The Hunter grabbed Gold Ship, immediately stopping her full-powered sprint
“Hwahhh??? No fairrr! How are you doing that! Let me gooooo!!!!!” Golshi begins trying to pull herself away, but the Hunter’s grasp was simply too strong to keep her from moving too far off.
“Are you alright?” Mami, ever gentle, asked Rudo. Right after patching up his serious concussion
“I-im alright.. Who are you?” The white-haired boy asked
“Fufu~ I'm Mami Tomoe, a magical girl. And you?” Mami said while grasping Rudo, her warm hands pressing on Rudo’s chest to check for injuries made him a bit awkward at first.
“I-I-Im Rudo Surebrec.” Rudo simply replied, focusing himself on making a good first impression
The Hunter, always the one to take the initiative in a group full of minors, began introducing himself.
“My name isn't important, but if we're going to be doing introductions, then please call me “Hunter”. I'm part of the Avis unit to scout and slay monsters within the Forbidden Lands. Although… this place isn't where I'm from, though it is familiar..” Hunter said before letting go of his grasp on Golshi
“Alright then, well I'm Golshi~! The greatest emperor in the east! Bow before mee~! HAHAHAHAHA-!” Gold Ship says before being lightly smacked in the back by the Hunter.. Though “Light Smack” is a bit of an understatement to this warrior’s strength.
“Stop lying, and speak truthfully.” The Hunter spoke sternly, seeing through Gold Ship’s playful lie
“Owowowoow.. fine! I'm a top tier racer from japan.. ok, better?” Gold Ship groans
“My! My! What a varied group we’ve got here! May I ask how you all ended up here? I was simply enjoying my tea before the floor suddenly disappeared before me” Mami Asked, attempting to put the group’s heads together
“I was simply exploring the ground looking for trash, until I tripped into a glowing hole and ended up here” Rudo replied, being followed by Gold Ship next;
“I was running from torena-san so I can ignore my training again for the arima kinen.. but before I could go far, I tripped into a bush and fell through here.” Gold ship said before letting the Hunter talk
“And I was simply tracking an angry Yian Kut-ku that was acting territorial before falling into a ditch.” The Hunter replied last
Mami nodded at the other’s testimony. “So we all fell through or into something? Interesting.”
The rest nodded.
“It might be strange but it seems like we all come from different realms if you get me. A world where people like trash, a world where girls with horse tails and ears race, and a world where powerful individuals hunt monsters. And then converged here” Mami theorized.
The hunter began taking note of the environment and wildlife, noticing a few Wingdrakes and Grimalkynes before putting two and two together.
“I know this place, I personally haven't explored it yet but I believe we're currently still in my world, but in a different region.”
The Hunter replied, easily putting two and two together as the others began looking at him curiously
“We're currently in the Elder’s Recess. A region in the new world where exceptionally strong monsters called Elder Dragons reside. We are in grave danger if we aren't prepared.”
And in danger indeed, before a large ominous shadow flew above them. The Hunter readying his Great Sword, Mami summoning her rifles, and Rudo grabbing a small retractable knife in his pocket and quickly turning it into a long glaive of sorts with a blade that can expand to any size.
“Jeez!?! Am I the only one here without a tool for violence!!????” Golshi shouted, as the shadow grew closer before a horned dragon crashed head first into the ground.
Everyone managed to dodge the incoming elbow slam as the attack caused the earth to shake
“ROOOOOOAAAAAAR” the purple spiked elder dragon roared. The Hunter, quickly noting its appearance. Recognizes it as the well known “Elder-eater Nergigante.”
“Everyone on guard! It’s a powerful Elder Dragon called Nergigante!! Attack at will!”
The Hunter shouted, despite not having Alma to authorize this hunt.
Knowing Nergi’s aggressive temper and the fact that there are multiple innocent individuals vulnerable. It wasn’t a hard decision to attack in self defense.
The Elder Dragon strikes first, attempting to land a hit on Rudo. Charging at him and swiping with his claws. Rudo dodged thankfully and countered by stabbing the Dragon’s right arm, dealing some damage to the spikes and armor of the beast. The Elder Dragon faced Rudo, rising up on two legs in an attempt to dig its large horns into the ground to squash Rudo. But right as it stood, Yellow ribbons began holding it in place, unable to move in its current Bipedal position
“No worries friends! Now hit it with all you got!”
Mami shouted, before Rudo and the Hunter took this opportunity to strike back.
The Hunter, quickly raising his massive sword, began dealing large damage to the back thighs of the dragon, as Rudo hopped onto its back, quickly slicing off multiple spines at once. But to much of the Hunter’s and Cleaner’s dismay. All the spines that were recently cut off began to quickly regenerate, as Nergigante escaped the Ribbon’s grasp. Quickly kicking the Hunter off to the side, and throwing Rudo off its back.
“My, such a strong monster! Just how long will we keep at this?” Mami asked herself before getting on the ground and firing her muskets at the overgrown grapefruit.
Nergigante swiftly attacks Mami as the two exchange blows one by one. Rudo eventually joined in, parrying and counterattacking alongside Mami. With swift blades and ranged attacks they began dealing decent damage towards it. Faced with such attacks, Nergigante blocked its face with its spiky wings. Shielding the attacks before spreading them out in quick succession, causing the spikes on the wings to shoot out at Mami and Rudo’s direction.
“GET DOWN!” The Hunter shouted before standing in front of the two, using his large sword to block the spines from wounding Mami and Rudo.
“Oi, thanks!” Rudo replied
“No problem, just keep attacking the wings, limbs, and horns. Eventually they'll break or slow down its regeneration!” The Hunter ordered as Rudo and Mami nodded in response.
“YOO HOO! HEY UGLYYY CHASE ME!!” Gold Ship shouted again. Attracting Nergigante’s attention towards her.
“Well poop.” Gold Ship said in calm panic as the large spike-y durian gave chase.
When faced with this situation, all Gold Ship could do was what all umas do best.. run. While Gold Ship gains the monster’s attention, The Hunter, Rudo, and Mami recuperate shortly before joining the fight again.
The Hunter launches a rock at Nergigante using his slinger, regaining the monster’s attention away from the white-haired uma. Gold Ship takes a break and cheers on from the sidelines as the Hunter begins slashing at Nergigante’s face with his great sword. While Rudo focused much of his attention on the wings, using his souped up Box Cutter to slice off spikes and membrane from the left wing, eventually breaking it entirely.

Nergigante roars, stunning the Hunter, Rudo, and Gold Ship momentarily before shaking the hunter and rudo off and launching itself midair.
“EVERYONE GET OUT OF THE WAY!” The Hunter shouted before diving away, dodging Nergigante’s infamous elbow slam (FUCK THE ELBOW SLAM).
Rudo managed to dodge but was hit by debris during Nergigante’s impact. And Gold Ship who was far off, being unharmed but rather shaken.
“OI! HUNTER, AND UHH RUDO? WHERE'S MAMI!?!” Gold Ship shouted.
Rudo, who was lying on the ground, pointed his arm straight up into the air. Redirecting Gold Ship’s vision upward towards Mami, suspended in the air charging up a massive gun. Nergigante noticed the blonde girl charging up her finisher and attempted to attack but was stunned in place as the Hunter quickly set up a Shock Trap beneath it.
Hunter quickly grabbed Rudo and ran off, as Mami shouted at the top of her lungs
“TIRO FINALE!”
A massive explosive bullet is then fired point blank at the ugly dragon’s face. Exploding it and the nearby rock below it. As the shockwave shook throughout the arena, scaring away the nearby small monsters and dodogama from the area. And as the smoke clears, all that is left is a shaken but thankfully unharmed non-magical girl trio, and a dead dragon.

“WOOOO WE DID IT!!” Golshi stood before charging at the Hunter and dropkicking him onto the floor.
“Ow ow ow ow ow…” The Hunter layed on the floor as Rudo helped him up and shouted at Gold Ship.
“OI! What's your problem!?!” Rudo walked up to Golshi, attempting to fight.
“Now, now, let's all calm down. Gold Ship, please apologize to Hunter.” Mami said, coming down to separate the two.
“And you two Rudo, don't be too hasty. We just finished fighting.” Mami said towards Rudo as well.
“Fine.. sorry..” Rudo replied.
“Alright.. my bad, I was being playful.” Gold Ship reluctantly replied
“Now very good you two, now where did the Hunter go..” Mami looked all over, before finding the Hunter at Nergigante’s corpse. Carving away pieces of its flesh with his knife, and leaving scraps for the nearby wildlife to feast on it.
“A good hunter takes all that they need, and leaves the rest to preserve the balance of Nature. That is our code and duty.”
The Hunter replied sternly.
“Now I ask, how did you do that large attack? And your powers, they cannot be natural” The Hunter asked Mami.
“Well as a magical girl I-” Mami replied, before being interrupted by the rumbling bellies of the Hunter, Rudo, and Gold Ship.
“Im hungry” Rudo replied
“Saaaameeeeeee……” Gold Ship groaned.
“Well then, now's a better time to feast. How about we set up camp somewhere farther, staying here any longer will attract other large monsters to Nergigante’s corpse.” The Hunter said with intuition
“Good idea, we'll explain how our powers work there then~!” Mami replied
As they finished talking, the group of four walked away as nearby Barnos and Revoltures began pecking at the corpse. To set up camp and grow closer along the way.
