Work Text:
Filled and overflowing, gushing and disgusting
Neither clawing nor peeling my skin
as a whole
I envy snakes who become new every cycle, blood and spit and rot
Surrounded and around, corner of
vision and not
Worms squirming in plates where food ruled and it's all me
Burnt utensils and mold, green and black
like a plague
Pancreas and guts and lungs and livers, all decaying and
Rotting, slimy and wet and a scent,
a permanent marking
Make me your devotee and drown me in waste and my nose water
Unbearable, indelible
The rot is me as much as I am it
This house won't let me be no matter how much I run
