Lawrence was driving home late at night from helping John and his hospital shift as he went home he laid in bed looking at the wall as he cried himself to sleep the next morning he woke up and got dressed he went to a coffee shop and bumped into a guy lawrence thought he looked pretty cute but thought "anyone who I love dies or leaves. " he frowns but sits down the man sees lawrence sitting alone he decided to sit by him and talk "hi sir" he tries to start small talk lawrence waves back "hello, What's your name? " he asks "Eric Mathews, I'm a police officer" he replies lawrence looks up at him again "I'm a doctor. " he mutters Eric looks at lawrence and sees how beautiful he looked and wondered if he had a chance "hey, lawrence maybe w-we could go out sometime? " lawrence eyes widen and he blushes and nods later that day they both meet at a restaurant lawrence takes a bite of his food and takes a drink he was still upset about losing everyone because of jigsaw but keeps quiet "hey lawrence are you okay you've been quite all day? " he asks lawrence finally breaks down "the jigsaw killer he killed everyone I loved and my wife left me" he says between sobs Eric feels bad and takes lawrence to the restroom as they are both in the restroom Eric wipes Lawrence's tears and kisses him lawrence kisses back Eric pushes lawrence away "ew I'm not gay you fucking slut" he looks at lawrence disgusted lawrence frowns and looks at the floor as Eric leaves the bathroom later when lawrence comes out he sees Eric's gone he seemed very upset but gets in his car but can't do anything but cry when he gets home he laid on his bed crying himself to sleep when he woke up he saw he got five missed calls he calls back the number "hello, who is this? " lawrence asks "it's me eric, I'm sorry about last night I didn't know what happened" Eric responded "you left me at the restaurant. You were the one who asked me out. " lawrence says clearly upset Eric gets annoyed " come on I said sorry your just dramatic and needy " he said coldly lawrence hangs up and curls into a ball and cries and cries but he hears a knock at his door it's Eric "what." Lawrence says quietly "listen I'm sorry about what I said please forgive me. " Eric says rolling his eyes lawrence looks at Eric and nods "can I come in? " Eric asks lawrence nods as Eric grabs lawrence and sits him on the couch as he sits by him lawrence gets up closer to him and lays with him
