"Okay hell class, today we are going to be doing something that almost all of haven't tried before. Quirkless sparring." Aizawa starts explaining exactly what the class is going to be doing, but Midoriya isn't listening, no it's because he's too excited to try and figure out what the directions are. Quirkless sparring! He's great at this. Midoriya doesn't admit to being good at much, but this, he knows he can out do half the class. He wonders who he'll fight against. Uraraka? Kaminari? Tsu? Kaccha-
"Midoriya" Midoriya is jerked out of his thoughts by the sound of his teacher calling his name. Embarrassed, he asks, "um, yes sensei?"
Aizawa sighs. "I said that I'm going to be sparring with each of you so that I can figure out what level you're on, and your going first." "Oh," Midoriya wasn't prepared for this. He would lose in a heartbeat! He's good but not this good! "Ok sensei, I'll try."
The class knew that the fight would be over quickly, they all knew how clumsy their resident green been was, and their teacher was a pro hero! Maybe Bakugou or Todoroki would last a minute or two though. They couldn't have been more wrong.
Aizawa swung out his capture weapon in an attempt to grab Midoriya by the arm, this fight would be over fast, even many heroes that he sometimes trained with couldn't avoid his capture weapon, but that's not what happened, not this time. Midoriya swiftly hit the floor and rolled so that Aizawa couldn't try to just grab him at a different angle.
The class' jaws dropped open.
"What the hell Deku!? Since when can you do that? Have you been holding back on me!?" Bakugou yelled in the direction of the fight, but Midoriya payed him no mind.
Midoriya lunged at Aizawa's knees, he wouldn't be expecting him to go low because overall he wouldn't be gaining much advantage, or so he thought.
Aizawa couldn't move his capture weapon quick enough to grab the boy and his legs buckled underneath the weight of his student. He had forgotten that despite the student's frail appearance, he actually had quite a bit of muscle, and that would be a problem for him. Before Aizawa could push Midoriya away, the student grabbed the back of his knee and yanked it forward throwing the teacher off balance. His back hit the ground with a loud 'smack.'
Class 1-A was stunned, Deku, the kid who broke his bones almost daily, just beat their teacher almost effortlessly, without using his insanely strong quirk. He hadn't even broken a sweat.
"Deku?" Uraraka was the first to speak up, "what was that?"
"Oh, well I've kind of been training quirkless since I was a kid. I was- uh- sort of a late bloomer." Their classmate hurries to explain. "I'm sure I just took him by surprise, I'm not really that strong so- uh- yeah," he finished with a shy smile.
"Midoriya," the voice of their teacher shocked the boy enough that he flinched, little did they know that shock wasn't the reason for the reaction. "Don't downplay yourself, I'll have to admit that was great skill, but I'm not going to tell you that again. You can sit down and watch while I spar the rest of your classmates."
In the end, no one else lasted more then five minutes against their teacher, Uraraka lasted three and Todoroki lasted a little over four and a half.
The class never saw the resident green been the same again. They also never underestimated him, despite his cute appearance.
