Azure guides Two Time to his garden. Taking their hand in his, holding it tightly as if they'll leave if he lets go.
Azure had already prepared the picnic mat, they sat on the cloth, holding a nightshade flower in his hand, studying the petals as it sways with the wind.
Two Time admires their partner's features, they were as beautiful as the nightshade they were holding in their hand.
Two Time took a closer look at Azure's face. His gentle smile that made them feel a fluttery feeling in their chest, His eyes under the casted shadow of his hat, Two Time could barely see them but when they do, It was pretty. When his gaze lands on theirs, it felt like they were gonna melt just from his staring. They could admire him for eternity and not get bored.
"Two Time.." Azure spoke up, his voice gentle, matching his appearance. He looked behind him just to be met with Two Time's gaze.
Azure gave the other a warm smile, patting the spot next to him, gesturing Two Time to take a seat next to him.
Two Time quickly understood the gesture and sat beside Azure, leaning their head against his shoulder.
Azure wrapped one of their arms around the other cultist, making their body closer to his.
Spawn, his touch was soft. It just makes Two Time want to lean in to his touch even more. Two Time closes their eyes, feeling the warmth and comfort of their partner.
For a while, it was just them two. There was no other noises aside from the rustling of clothes when one of them slightly shifts their position. The sound of the gentle breeze carrying leaves. None of them talked but their presence was already comforting, just a reminder that they're there for each other.
Azure uses his free hand to pick up a nearby flower crown he had made for Two Time, earlier. Azure paused to look at Two Time, they looked so comfortable in his arms, he doesn't want to bother that peacefulness.
Azure placed the flower crown on Two Time's head, gently stroking their head after.
Azure cupped Two Time's cheek and slowly lifted their face up, making them face each other.
"my nightshade,"
Two Time opened their eyes to look at Azure, their hat casted a shadow across their face. Two Time's eyes darted towards Azure's slightly parted lips, they look so soft.. What would it be like to feel his lips against mine?
Two Time shook their head slightly, washing away the thoughts. Focusing their gaze on Azure again.
The cultist reached up to slightly lift up the other's hat, just enough for their eyes to be seen.
Spawn. His eyes were so, so pretty. They could dissolve in their gaze.
Azure catched the flower crown from Two Time's head. Preventing it from slipping off.
"do you know why i made you this flower crown, Nightshade?" Azure spoke up, fixing the position of the flower crown on The cultist's head.
Two Time lets out a hum in response,
"Is it because of your interest in flowers, Azure?" Two Time answered curiously, still admiring their partner's features, they were barely listening at this point, but the other's soft and gentle voice felt like music to their ears. It was impossible to ignore.
Azure lets out a chuckle, stroking Two Time's head, their hair becoming a mess.
"you're right, but it's also because you're as pretty as these nightshades." Azure held up the flower crown, made up of nightshade flowers, showing it to Two Time,
"I.." Two Time was at a loss for words, they didn't know how to respond to words like that, it just made their heart beat faster.
"I also made a flower crown for you, Azu.."
They revealed what they were hiding behind their back,
a flower crown.
Two Time placed the flower crown on top of Azure's head, slightly backing away to properly look at him. Spawn. He was even more stunning to look at with that flower crown on his head.
Azure can't help but feel slightly flustered as they find out their partner made one for them too. Azure pulled their hat down slightly, a shadow forming on their eyes, making it hard to tell what their expression was.
Two Time grinned at the sight of their flustered partner, coming up with an idea in mind.
"Azure, are you blushing?" they teased, nudging the other's shoulder.
"I-Im not..!-" Azure tries to deny it but his stammering gave it away.
Two Time couldn't help but laugh at the sight of Azure trying to deny when it's already so obvious. Azure watched Two Time laugh before joining them to laugh.
"Seriously, Nightshade. you mean everything to me.."
""I love you, my nightshade." He added.
Two Time's cheek went slightly red at Azure's words.
Two Time wraps both arms around their partner, hugging him tightly and burying their face in his chest.
"I love you too." They replied, voice muffling a bit.
Soon enough, Azure's arms wrapped around Two Time's Waist, hugging them back and pulling them closer.
Two Time closed their eyes, feeling the warmth of their partner, Savoring the moment of their bond together.
Azure planted kisses on Two Time's head as they stay there for a bit longer.
"When do we go back inside?" Azure questioned, patiently waiting for Two Time's response.
The cultist lets out a soft hum in reply,
"hm, Later.. Just not now." They responded, leaning into Azure's touch.
Azure nodded and they continued to stay in his garden, with their arms wrapped around each other.
"Thank the Spawn i have you.." The cultist spoke up, not expecting any response from the other that peacefully has their arms around the cultist.
Azure didn't bother to speak, just giving them a pat in the head to let them know he's listening.
They would stay like this forever if they could.
