Work Text:

“I don’t speak to losers” you muttered under your breath,
Currently I’m pondering if I should take to heart what you meant.
You wished I didn’t approach you, against my voice.
But god, your own made mine grow hoarse.
My gold gleam dulled against your’s, thin as paper, animosity bore you.
Your heart was filled with hate, mine was filled with you.

I just wish you could’ve possibly enjoyed my company as much as I do.
I just wish to prove, along with the others, appreciated are you.
I don’t mind your insults and Jabs as long as I hear you, never been able to have been heard.
Yet you claim with your touch all will be scorched and burned.
I don’t care crude things you’ll spout, I’ll hear.
You’ll still find me smiling ear to ear.

They speak ill of you, ostracized and pompous,
You wouldn’t hear such in a world where it’s just us.
Im not good at poems, I’m not good at serenades.
Im don’t know how to write well i can expect degrades.

You’d sit solitary, id go and ask why you hide;
Then you tell me to “piss off” but let me spend the time.
I don’t know how you think of me so i stall,
Yet I sincerely hope you’ll grow warm to me and give me a call.

Good morning, Jack.
Best Regards - Trophy
