Iyen is cleaning up her room when she hears soft little knocks on the door, followed by Yongbok tip-toeing to hold the knob and opens the door, peeking inside to look at her. The view is enough to make the aunt grins fondly.
"Cool auntie, Mama and Papa want to talk about taengmon" Yongbok calls. Confusion arises instantly because Iyen never heard such a word before, so she furrows her brows right away.
"Taengmon?"
Yongbok nods innocently, because she is just informing what her parents have been talking about for the past 10 minutes, of course she doesn't know that she said the wrong word. Iyen tries to think about the possible topic but she is too confused to figure it out, so she decides to just go out and check. She lifts her niece in her arm and walks out where she sees the couple at the dining table. Her sister has a paper with a pen in her hand.
"Why do you want to talk about pokemon?" Iyen asks, taking a seat next to her brother-in-law with Yongbok on her lap. The couple looks at her in confusion.
"Taemyeong (Prenatal name)" Minho solemnly corrects her. The confusion in Iyen's head disappears right away and she replies with a long 'ahh~' while nodding, meaning that she finally understands the topic. The little girl looks up to see her aunt's face.
"What is taengmon, cool auntie?" She asks.
"It's taemyeong, little cool. Taemyeong is when we create a nickname to give to the baby in the tummy so that the baby knows we adore them and we want to have a bond with them" Iyen explains calmly, and she lowkey wondering why the little girl didn't ask her parents about it but she decides to not question it. Hearing the explanation, Yongbok gasps excitedly and looks at her mother.
"Mama, what was my taengmon?!"
"Songpyeon" the parents answer instantly at the same time and they giggle at the nickname. Yongbok stuns, because the songpyeon that she knows is the sweet rice cake snack during chuseok. She hasn't asked a further question when Seungmin explains first.
"Mama wanted you to come out healthy and to have full cheeks like songpyeon, so we called you 'songpyeonnie' back then" he says while Minho already bursts out laughing harder because she remembers clearly what happened when Yongbok was finally in Seungmin's arms.
"Ahh, I remember Kim Seungmin crying while holding Yongbok and he said 'this songpyeon is huge!' while sobbing! Woah, that was so funny" Minho reminds everyone and she laughs like it is the funniest thing she has ever witnessed. Seungmin is indeed her laughter bell. The husband blushes a bit when he remembers what happened while Iyen dramatically imitates the situation again with a fake voice that she tries to make herself sound like Seungmin. Yongbok just giggles at everyone's action, totally entertained by any previous story of her family that she couldn't witness back then.
It takes them a few minutes before they finally stop making fun of Seungmin, that's even after he tells the story again from his point of view and causes more laughter from the sisters. When the topic calms down, Minho passes the paper to Iyen so the little sister can see the list of names that the couple has listed out.
"What do I do with this? Do I suggest some more?" Iyen asks while scanning the list. Tteokie (rice cake), Mochi, Taenggeuri (bouncy). Wow, they really want their baby to have full cheeks, Iyen thinks, not realising how Minho and Seungmin give a meaningful eye-contact to each other when they hear the question.
"Nope, we want you to decide the name for our second baby" Seungmin replies calmly, and Iyen raises her head so fast in response, as if the request is too stupid to understand. Her ears begin to blush at that point but her reaction seems confused.
"Me? Why?"
"You're the second child, right? A second child should take care of another second child. And don't even bother about the list. Those are just suggestions. Let us know if you have a name in mind" Minho elaborates with a fond smile on her face like she genuinely wants Iyen to decide the name for her new baby. Iyen already smiles so wide at the request, blushing even harder but now she looks really flattered. Yongbok giggles while poking her dimple, loving the reaction they get from the aunt.
"You really mean it?" Iyen has to ask for one last time. This feels so heartwarming, she can actually cry. She never thinks about getting married or having a baby so getting a chance to give taemyeong is like a blessing. Her sister and brother-in-law nod, then chuckle simultaneously at her reaction like they are making fun of it. It makes Iyen chuckle as well, but before she gets overwhelmed with her feelings, she quickly clears her throat and focuses on the topic again.
"If that's the case, I have one name in mind" she finalises her decision, and she looks at the couple as she continues with "Let's call it Dango"
"Oh? Dango. I like it. I actually like it" Seungmin seems to be pleased with the idea so much, he has to offer a high-5 to his sister-in-law. Minho also smiles widely at the decision, some part of her feels so touched that Iyen still considers their wish to give their baby a 'full cheek' nickname. The baby will surely come out with round and soft cheeks like dango.
"Sweetheart, from now on, you can call your little sibling 'dango', okay?" Minho tells Yongbok, and the little girl's eyes sparkle with excitement. Finally, there is a name she can say whenever she talks to the baby!
"Okay! Welcome to the little adventures, Dango!"

Bonus :
Iyen hugs her sister and brother-in-law tightly, the couple gives her words like 'be careful' and 'call us when you arrive'. Then, she leans closer to Minho's tummy, smiling at the thought that she will get a new nibling soon.
"Dango-ya, you gotta come out after I come back, okay? I don't wanna miss your dad's ugly crying" Iyen says casually, causing the family to laugh and Seungmin just shakes his head with a fond smile on his face.
"But Dango is actually a cute name" Changbin comments, and his little brother nods eagerly.
"Channie loves mitarashi dango pudding!" Chan replies and the random tmi really makes everyone smile.
Finally, after a longer farewell, Iyen walks past the departure gate, turning around to wave again and again to her family. Chan and Yongbok run until the area they can't go past anymore, shouting a cheerful 'goodbye' and 'we will miss you'. Changbin and Grandpa Felix record the whole thing with their phones, hiding their huge grins behind the screens. Jisung already talks to his mother about their plan after this, while Hyunjin just smiles fondly at the sight of the little kids. Minho and Seungmin wave Iyen from afar, there is always this bittersweet feeling whenever they need to send Iyen back for her next semester.
"I have to make sure Dango will come out only after Iyen comes home" Minho states to her husband without looking away from the departure gate. Seungmin chuckles at the bold statement, he has to look at her to continue the conversation.
"You can control your pregnancy like that?" He teases. Minho nods in confidence.
"Dango needs to learn how to listen to Mama even before coming out to earth"
Seungmin laughs, can't help but to caress her hair and kiss on top of her head out of cuteness aggression.
"I know Dango will listen to you, Mama" he answers fondly, doesn't even notice the bright pink blush on Minho's face as she acts like his action is not a big deal for her. She changes the topic instantly, talking about something else before she gets too shy from her husband's gentleness.
