Lancer was wandering around Castle Town. He was looking for something to do given that the rest of the Fun Gang wasn’t around. As he bounced from building to building, he

greeted the Darkners he passed with a big smile.
Most of them smiled back, while a few just gave him strange sideways looks. Seems not everyone was in the mood to humor the pointy-headed prince.
Nevertheless, Lancer ended up finding himself outside the new TV Time studio, peering inside through one of it's windows. Perhaps the CRT-headed Darkner himself would be willing to entertain him today?
"Ho ho ho! Mr. TV guy! Are you here? I have some brilliant japes and trickery to show you!" The boy practically rolled through the doors, springing up with a jump.

Surprisingly, the room was empty, minus a single shadowguy, whos tail was swishing back and forth as he stared at the stars slowly crawling across the wall.
"Excuse me, kind stranger," Lancer quipped, approaching the cat-looking man, "have you seen your big boss anywhere?"
The shadow... man? Cat? Guy? Turned his head, a small mewl reminiscent of a few notes from a saxophone emitting from his mouth. Lancer couldn't understand exactly what it was he was trying to say, but he was creative; he could figure it out.
"Hmm, he's not here, you say?" Lancers eyes moved to stare at the spot the shadowguy was trained on, but there was nothing but the shifting wallpaper. What had him so focused? Maybe Lancer could find some entertainment from whatever this guy was doing. "What're you staring at?"
The cat shaped man meowed again, gesturing a paw up at the wall, Lancer once again finding nothing of interest.

Lancer turned his head still confused "well I don't know what this is mister" lancer stuck out his tongue "BUT IF U LIKE LOOKING AT IT I WOULD STARE WITH YOU!"
Mr. Generosity sat down with the shadow guy, and looked at the wall with them, keeping them company and also trying to paw at the wall too see what's up
Until one of the walls give and opened up revealing a hidden room
The shadow guy perked up and let out happy sounds and gave a cheery sound to lancer like a thank you l, rushing to the room , as lancer looked on over
"Huh, WELL YOUR WELCOME CAT MAN" Lance waved goodbye excitedly, but then looked confused sticking his tongue out as he pondered "hm what was I doing here again"
