Kubikida was sitting on his couch eating dinner (its more comfortable there)
It was just scrambled eggs. He didnt have much energy for anything else right now. At work, dazai had ruined his schedule one too many times which meant he had to stay overtime to get work done. Damn that bastard.
The tv was turned on but kunikida wasnt rlly listening. The person on screen was talking abt the problems of ai or thats what the title said.
He got off the couch, his legs making a popping noise while doing so and went to wash the dishes.
Blah blah blah boring kunikida stuff
As he layed down on his bed, he suddenly felt a slight...itch in his throat.
Oh god.....was he getting a sore throat?
Kunikida could deal with fevers, vomiting, pain, colds but the ONLY thing he could not stand was a soar throat.
Which is why he always made sure there was never a chance for him to get a soar throat.

Apparently he failed.

Next day cuz im lazy and no longer sick
Kunikida woke up and his throat felt itchy and it hurt. He immediately made a disgusted face. He hated this.
He thought about drinking water but the thought aloneade him wanna throw up.
No food either.
His voice came out in a weird tone with his voice breaking every few syllables.
How on eartg did it get so bad overnight.
He didnt want to go to work anymore. Not if he had a soar throat.
He found his phone and informed haruno about his absence.
Uh....idk bro. I wrote this randomly when i was sick with a soar throat but im not anymore so.
He acted like a baby while ranpo played on a nintendo next to him and happily eating snacks (kunikida would have sum but his throat hurt too much)
i believe that they r besties (maybe not besties but they r pretty close)
Kunikida also ended up throwing up....for some reason? And then he was sad. The end good bye.
And sorry for anyone expecting smth better.
