“remember to be careful, you don’t know who or what you’ll come across in fontaine.” jean warned the church idol and deacon.
she was NOT fine with barbara going to fontaine to see furina’s play she would participate in, but when dahlia offered to come along with her, she reconsidered. also since barbara had spent lots of mora on the trip.. and on the tickets to the show.
“are you sure you don’t want to bring rosaria? or varka… or kaeya… or anyone?” she asked them again.
dahlia laughed. “we’ll be just fine, jean! while she’s experiencing the show, i’ll be finding my own way to get around fontaine, it’ll be lots of fun!”
“i agree. i don’t think brother dahlia would stir up a lot of trouble in a whole other nation, right?” barbara said, looking hopeful, even though she knew jean wouldn’t change her mind.
“hahaha.. we’ll see!” dahlia joked and ruffled barbara’s head.
jean sighed. “do not get in trouble over there. that is the nation of justice, they have many trials, and if you two get put on one—“
“looks like our transportation leaves soon! we’ve gotta get going, bye grand master jean!” dahlia smiled and pulled barbara along.
“wha- ah! bye jean!!!” barbara waved as she tried to steady herself.
