Chapter Text
“Aurelia, hurry along. I NEED to experience the outside with you.”
Lucile dragged the barely resisting Aurelia through the streets of Mondstadt, despite her reluctance Aurelia was happy being able to be around Lucile.
“Sorry Lucy, you know how much i hate the outside and people-”
“Yes yes I know I know! Now keep going, we're almost there. You make my days so much brighter, you know that?”
“...”
Aurelia was conflicted, but Lucile’s words managed to stave the maelstrom, allowing the smaller girl to push on.
“Where are we going anyway? If you don't mind me asking.”
“How about you open your eyes, we’re here afterall!”
Lucile was right. Aurelia had her eyes tightly shut the entire time, a testament to her overwhelming anxiety.
“A… Tavern? I-I dont-”
The everbright light in Luciles eyes died instantly at even a hint of rejection from the slightly older girl.
“I-I mean, I don't mind going in, but can we have a private space, please?”
Luciles eyes brightened as a mischievous smirk snuck its way across her face
“Of course of course, I need you all to myself anyway. You’re mine, right, right?”
Aurelia hesitated for a moment, but seeing the progressive loss of life in Lucile’s eyes sharpened her resolve.
“Nobody else’s. May we go in? It's rather cold out.”
Lucile was happy. I am so very happy. Aurelia was perfect. Without another moment's notice Lucile barged into the tavern, hand around Aurelia’s wrist, garnering the attention of the entire establishment. Aurelia was as red as a tomato trying her best to shrink into herself, while Lucile genuinely couldn't care less
“Aurelia, what's wrong?”
Aurelia clutched at Lucile’s side, the other hand over her abdomen while she half gasped half wheezed. Quarter words flew from her lips, all falling out in a mumbled mess.
“Th- look st-a-re. Sca-re-d.”
“Ugh. Nobody's looking, get a hold of yourself. I need caring Aurelia not whatever this is, I can't stand you like this.”
After a few moments, Aurelia gained the courage to actually look around for herself, and true to Lucile’s words, nobody was looking. They all had their own things to do, mainly drinking themselves to an early grave. Lucille's words didn't make her feel any better though.
“Sorry… let's just keep going. Im still winded but i can keep up”
“Good”
Blah blah blah they get a separate room
“Why are we even here Lucile?”
Aurelia examined the rather spacy room Lucile had rented out for them, a basic wood room but with interesting devices on the far table, a couch in the back middle and a bed in the corner opposite to the box.. how could Lucile even afford this? The older girl was unsure if she even wanted to know.
“Karaoke of course. We’re going to sing.”
Lucile moved what seemed to be a box to the middle of the room, setting it down.
“We need to sing along to something don't we? Don't tell me you rented out a personal performer.”
“No, dummy. Thanks to some sweet fontainian technology we can listen to pre-made music. You live under a rock.”
Lucile enjoyed poking fun at Aurelia, the latter girl liked it too because the earlier one did.
“Just press this and Boom!”
An explosion of sound exited the contraption, beautiful voices emanating from it
“Woah.”
“Sing along, Aurelia.”
“Sorry. I'm not ready, this is just amazing! What song is this?”
Lucile smiled that same genuine smile, the light never leaving her eyes for even a second
“It was like, Urasuhia jushin? Produced by an Inazuman in Fontaine. Enough talking, singing! I'll start after you, the lyrics are just on that table. I want you to learn this song, I love it.”
Aurelia walked over to the table Lucile pointed to, in tandem figuring out how to pause the audio playback.
“These lyrics are…”
“They aren't the happiest, but learn them anyway. Try singing the first line to me!”
Aurelia looked up at the slightly taller girl, burning the lyrics into her mind through continuous active recall, but when she opened her mouth, no sound came out. All that was audible was the soft exhale of air.
“Aurelia?”
“I.. I'm scared. Sorry, sorry. I need a moment to get over this. I've never really done singing..”
“Aurelia.”
The girl froze, preparing for the pain to come.
“It's okay to be scared, but no matter what, I'll love your voice. Just try your best to sing for me. I'll only get mad if you make zero progress, so you have nothing to worry about, really.”
The short girls mood exploded, doing a complete 180 and forgetting about her previous fear, the feeling replaced by a dense determination to perform for Lucile
“Haah….”
Yet no sound came.
“Hhhhhh”
10 attempts
20 attempts
30 attempts
Until finally, Aurelia got through her first sentence.
“I-I did it!!!! AHH!!”
Lucile tackled Aurelia, hugging her while also making them both crash to the ground in the same motion, lucile on top.
“See, you made such good progress, I'm so proud of you.”
Aurelia blushed a little bit, attempting to use her hands to cover her face which were swiftly knocked away by Lucile, the younger girl decreasing the distance between their faces before stopping. Only serving to turn Aurelia into a tomato, the older girl losing the ability to form coherent sentences. They stayed like that for a while until Lucile had her fill of Aurelia.
“I'm going to get us drinks, I'll be right back. Keep practicing for me.”
“Okay-”
Before Aurelia could even finish, Lucile was out the door.
Walking through the tavern was a trivial task for Lucile. She knew her way around easily, this is one of the places her late father used to frequent after all. Consumed by thought the darkness slowly began to consume her, the distance from Aurelia already weighing on her.
“Excuse me, Excuse me!”
“Huh.”
Lucile snapped out of it, seeing a hand waving in front of her face. How long had she just been standing here for? Whatever.
“Sorry about that. Can I have Two wolfhook Juices, your second highest concentration?”
The bartender looked at Lucile questioningly, could this seemingly innocent girl handle such a high concentration of alcohol? But either way, he had to do his job. His job was to serve. And after a few minutes, he was done.
“Here, enjoy. And be responsible.”
Before leaving Lucile made eye contact with the serving man, sending shivers down his spine. She had been away from Aurelia for too long. Lucile felt so dead. Lucile wanted to die.
“Thank you. Have a nice day.”
Without another word, she left. She was in so much pain. Before even getting to the room Lucile downed half of her wolfhook.
Arriving at the room Lucile heard what could only be described as an angels’ voice, then again she knew she was probably biased towards Aurelia. She stood outside for a while before entering quietly and placing the drinks down
“BOO”
“AHHHHHHHHHH”
Aurelia jumped, her heart pounding so hard it was almost audible. Her singing was so loud she couldn't hear the door, she was sure she zoned out as well while performing her piece. Hand over her heart Aurelia spoke
“Ahhh ... you scared me.”
Lucile couldn't hold it in any longer. Her golden shining eyes were overshadowed by her hearty laughter exploding from her form. Aurelia was so damn cute when she was scared! She was always so cute. But she felt different now
“I got the drinks darling, they’re on the table next to the couch. I've already drunk some of mine.”
Aurelia blushed slightly, but got herself back under control almost as soon as she lost it.
“It's non alcoholic, right?”
“Of course.”
Aurelia always looked so pretty, but to Lucile right now, she looked like so much more of a snack. Lucile genuinely felt like she needed her. Aurelia was none the wiser, just happy that Lucile was happy.
“Lucile, look, look!”
With a massive smile, Aurelia performed half of Lucille's favourite song, only very minor mistakes throughout it. Lucile couldn't focus though. Why did aurelia look so damn hot all of a sudden????
“Come, sit. I loved your performance.”
Aurelia smiled widely, glad to have impressed Lucile.
“I'm glad, I'm glad!”
Not a moment later Aurelia touched her throat. She could tell she was parched. Lucile was too mesmerised to even care.
“May I have my drink Lucile?”
“Yeah….”
Lucile clumsily picked up the drink trying to hand it to Aurelia. The thought hadn't even fully formed in her head, her fingers barely curled around the glass. It was no surprise when the wolfhook juice spilt all over Aurelia. But rather than shock, the girl was just disappointed.
“My dress… the one you got me is ruined now.”
“Ill.. help you clean it.”
Aurelia looked at Lucile slightly confused, the only audible sound in the room being the latter girl's heavy breathing. Somehow acquiring a cloth Lucile began to wipe the girl down. Was Aurelia saying anything? Lucile couldn't tell.
She just.. It looked so pretty. It was so tasty. Lucile needed a bite. A portion of Aurelia. No. she needed ALL of aurelia. Aurelia was hers and hers alone. She had to prove it.
Aurelia was somewhat concerned for the spaced out girl, her eyes were so dilated, as if she wasn't even here at the moment. So she attempted to voice her concerns
“You really don't need to do this- ah!”
In a quick, precise motion Lucile grabbed Aurelia’s chest, leaving no room for protest. The shorter girl instantly tried to move, but between Lucile and the couch, there was no escape.
Aurelia’s skin was so smooth, Lucile could feel it even though that dress. She needed more, much more. Lucile's heart began to race and her breath became heavy the more and more she began to explore Aurelia’s body
“H-Hey! Let go! What the hell are you thinking??”
In response Lucile only grabbed harder. Aurelia’s breath hitched as she was fondled by a girl so close. Moving to attempt another escape but her and Lucile's eyes met, the raw primal desire in the latter girl's eyes, shattering the former’s resolve. A deep blush spread across Aurelia’s face after the initial shock. It's not what she wanted but..
“A-Are you sure about this.”
In response Lucile smashed her lips against Aurelia’s, while resting one of her hands on the older girl’s thigh, the other intertwining itself in the Aurelia’s hand, the spilt wolfhook juice connecting the two more than they already were.
