Work Text:
Wednesday 14 April 2024
Harmnoine rushed through the ticket barriers, hair frazzled and sweat on her brow. She was having a miserable day, missed her alarm, burnt her toast and spilled her coffee on her favourite blouse. If that wasn't enough she missed her bus and was now rushing through the station so she's not late to work.
She arrives at her platform as the Northern line screeches, announcing its arrival as the seasoned communities clamour around to fight their way onto the train carriages.
As the train jolts and scraps into motion, she suddenly feels herself falling. But to her suprise she is caught by a strong pair of hands. The hands feel strong, reassuring and protective.
Once Harmonie is able to get back to her feet, she finally gets a look at her savior. She finds herself staring into a pair of grey eyes fanned by platinum blond lashes with strong brows, a strong jawline and high cheekbones. He is tall, dressed in a dark navy suit carrying a brief case which gives him an aristocratic flair.
Harmonie notices she's staring and once she gets her wits back she gives the stranger a shy smile and a quick thanks.
He returns her smile and she finds herself mesmerised.
The train jolts along the tracks in a rhythm that Harmonie has become accustomed to. However the strangers touch sears into her mind, she can imagine his strong arms roaming over her body.
Shit, had it been really that long since she had physical contact with a man that she was fantasising about a stranger at 9 am in the morning?
The rest of the week passes by uneventfully but to her disappointment she doesn't see her handsome savior on the train again.

To the beautiful curly brunette girl who crashed into me on the northern line at 9 am on Wednesday 14 April. We held eye contact for a bit. I wished I had gotten your number. If you are reading this I would like to take you out for a coffee.

To the handsome blond haired man with gorgeous grey eyes. You saved me from falling on the Northen Line on Wednesday 14 April at 9 am and had a wonderful smile. Coffee?
