Chapter Text
The Sun & The Moon
Ask the Flowers about the Sun,
they’ll say that she loves them- but she does not.
She loves herself and only herself; her pride and greed is the reason why.
And her pride grows stronger every summer.
Every day she awakens and spreads her fiery wings which are decorated with those dazzling spirals that make you feel lost in them and soars high.
When night is coming she slowly tucks them away.
The Moon gloomily opens her eyes, her wings spread out. They are coated with a dark blue plumage and a mix of big and small stars.
The Moon does not soar, but instead he flaps loudly. It sounds of the crickets chirping.
To the Flowers, the Moon is a heartless deity. He does not give warmth to the Flowers, but he gives them coldness. He does not help them grow.
They wish he could disappear, but without her, they will wilt and burn to a crisp under the Sun’s hot wrath.
Sometimes during the day, the Moon can be seen out in the sky. Her wings are tucked and her eyes are gazing at the Sun’s wings.
Does he have a crush on that selfish deity? Oh poor Moon, her heart will be broken
By that deity.
But little does he know, the Sun does love her. But she pushes those feelings down and down. Oh, but how can a deity like her be in love with a simple deity like the Moon?
