Roman sat in the chair, tied up, glaring at Remus. "They will come for me.." he says.
"Oh, will they now?" Remus taunts. "Yes, they will." Roman says, trying to get out of the ties.
"Did you forget we're twins? All I need to do is just.." Remus goes down and comes back up and he's wearing the same outfit and everything as Roman. "Someone.. will figure it out.." Roman mutters.
"Sure. Keep on hoping~" Remus taunts before walking out.
Remus walked into where the others were, in the living room with Thomas, where he was watching a movie. Everything was going fine. Nobody noticed anything.
That was until Virgil had wandered in.. he was seated in the corner, watching them, eating some chips or something. He noticed the little things as he watched 'Roman'
Remus was laughing at something in the movie. Virgil knew that laugh that had slipped out between Roman's typical laugh. He sits up straight, putting the chips down.
Thomas shifted uncomfortably, as Virgil's anxiety spiked, making his spike, obviously. Everyone could feel it radiating off Virgil and looked at him.
"Whats wrong, Virgil?" Patton asks, frowning, the cat hoodie on. He stared at Remus. "I-" he starts saying but he's quickly shut up. Right. He forgot about that part.
"What is it?" Logan asks, raising an eyebrow. Virgil couldn't physically get the words out. Remus wouldn't let him. Virgil closes his eyes, trying to breathe.
"Hey, its okay, you don't need to say anythi-" Remus says, walking closer to Virgil, still perfectly imitating Roman. Virgil pushed him back, to the shock of everyone.
"Woah, slow down, lets all just-" Patton starts. Virgil is breathing heavy. He needs to warn them. He needs to.
Thomas is, obviously confused as to what the hell is happening.
"Breathe, Virgil." Logan suddenly says, "In for 3 seconds, out for 5."
Virgil follows his instructions and calms down. He mumbles something before sitting back down in the corner again, as Thomas unpauses the movie.
Virgil stares at Remus the whole time during the movie. Remus is, amused, but he's not showing it. Virgil gets up and walks out, unable to take it anymore with them laughing with the person they think is Roman.
He paces around in the hall. "How the hell am I supposed to prove it.. without saying it.." he mutters. He sighs and sits down.
"You know you can't prove it~" a voice suddenly says. Ugh. Janus. "You! I knew it was you two!" Virgil suddenly says, standing up. He looks around but can't see him.
"You're gonna destroy yourself and your relationship with the others trying.." he whispers in Virgil's ear.
He swallows. "No. No. I'll find a way to tell them- mmmmn-" Virgil tries to say.
"No no no. Not if we keep your mouth shut you won't~" Janus taunts playfully. Virgil suddenly snaps, turns around, and pushes Janus against the wall. "Where the hell is he!?" He snaps.
"Oo fiesty, hm? What are they going to think when they see this. Hm?" Janus frowns, looking over at the door where the others are watching.
"What are you doing?.." Patton asks. "Let him go!" 'Roman' says. "You can't be serious! You can't seriously be on his side!" Virgil snaps. He looks at the both of them. Then at his own hands. He backs up, letting Janus go.
"Fine then. Take the liar's side." He says, glaring at 'Roman' before he walks off. They pushed it off as another one of his 'episodes'.
Virgil sits in his room. Trying to figure out what to do.
Patton was sitting with Logan cleaning up after the movie was over. "I don't think he's okay," Patton mumbles.
"...yes. perhaps somebody should check on him," Logan says. Patton nods. "You go, I will finish up here," Logan says.
Patton knocks on Virgil's door. "Um.. come in?" He says. Patton walks into the, uh, dark room.
"Hey, whats wrong? What happened earlier?" Patton asks, frowning. Virgil looks at his lap. "Well, can't exactly say it out loud," he mumbles.
Patton puts a coloring book and crayons in front of him. Virgil looks up, raising an eyebrow. "I'm not a child."
"No, but if you can't say it, you can write it," Patton says, smiling, "Sometimes art is a great outlet."
Virgil turns it to the blank page and starts badly sketching Roman and then Remus. And arrows pointing between them. Patton is confused at first.
"You know.. I think Logan can better understand you.." Patton says, calling him in. He pops up. "You called?" Logan asks, raising an eyebrow.
"Yeah, I need your help figuring out what this means.." Patton says, putting the drawing in Logan's hands. Logan looks at it. "Well.." he tilts his head a little.
Virgil sighs, tapping his foot. "I'm not THAT bad at drawing, am I?" He asks. "Its- mmnmmn-" he says. Logan suddenly realizes something.
"Is it.. Remus?.." Logan writes on the paper. Virgil nods quickly. Logan looks at the drawing again. "He's pretending to be Roman?.." Logan writes. Virgil nods again.
"...oh dear.. that isn't good.." Patton says.
"Well.. theres only one thing to do to confirm your suspicions.. confront him.." Logan says, pushing his glasses up.
Virgil nods. They all walk out of his room towards where 'Roman' and Janus are.
"Hey, whats up?" 'Roman' asks. "Do not try to act confused, Remus," Logan says.
He raises an eyebrow. "Wow. You guys are quick," he says, smiling, that familiar smile.
"Where is the real Roman?" Virgil suddenly asks. "Aww. He's having a swell ol' time in my room. Tied up. I bet you like the thought of that, hm Virgil? All kinky and stuff," Remus says, winking.
Virgil's face turns red. Between embarrassment and anger. He starts marching towards Remus' room. "Wait Virgil you can't just-" Logan starts trying to warn him.
He opens the door to the room. Very green. And stinky. He holds his nose and looks inside. Roman is sitting there in the chair, looking defeated.
"Roman! You're alright! Or- I mean- your fine.. thats.. good.." Virgil coughs, trying to keep up his normal act.
Roman smiles at the figure and the other two in the door. Virgil cuts the ties and helps Roman out of the room, closing the door once they're out.
Logan is leaning against the door. "You're lucky that didn't backfire on you.." he says.
"Roman! I'm so glad you're alright!" Patton says, hugging him. "Oh- yeah. Of course I am! I knew someone would figure it out!" Roman says.
"Hm. I just didn't expect it to be Virgil of all people.." Remus grumbles before going down, leaving before he's questioned.
"Well.. I guess.. its all good now.." Logan says. They all go to the kitchen to get Roman some food...
