Plan A: Success

Summary:

Jazz having procrastinated the one datapad he needed to re-do needs to successfully get to Prowl's office and deposit the datapad and leave.

One of the ways the aftermath of Ponderings of a Musical Mech could go.

Notes:

I had a lot of fun with this one lol. This is only one of the continuations of Ponderings of a Musical Mech, I plan one doing one or two more.

I hope you enjoy this :)
I welcome criticism, If you have any please tell me. I enjoy improving my writing. :)

Work Text:

Jazz was walking down one of the hallways of the Ark towards Prowl’s office. Jazz had already thought of a few plans, the one he was going with was plan A. Plan A could be split into two different plans; mainly because one was based on the fact that Prowl was actually in his office.

The other section of the plan was based on the fact that Prowl wasn’t in his office.

Jazz wasn’t really ready for this. He needed to be though, he's done a lot more nerve racking things before this, but this would most likely decide if he's actually going to get to do music instead of re-doing the datapad in his subspace.

Jazz should find a way around some of Prowl’s strict datawork policies, though right now wasn’t the best moment seeing as he just arrived at Prowl’s office door.

Jazz came to a stop in front of Prowl’s office door, frowning. He took a deep invent and pinged the door to open, thankfully it opened. He stepped inside staring at the desk, Prowl was not sitting behind it. He internally cheered, step 1 and 2 cleared, all Jazz needed to do now was set the datapad down and leave.

The musical mech approached the desk with a briskness to his stride, and pulled out the datapad from his subspace. He set the datapad down underneath the middle pile of datapads on Prowls desk.
As soon as all the datapads were set down gently, Jazz darted towards the door and pinged it to open. He quickly moved through the doorway almost running into a mech, who thankfully wasn’t Prowl.

Jazz waved and smiled at the very understandably confused mech and hurriedly skipped down the hall.

Now, Jazz could make some music.
