Raphael walks along the empty intersection of the streets. It was a day of clear skies, with minimal clouds. He stopped by for a second when he spotted a tall man, wearing a dark blue bespoke suit. The man was still shorter then Raphael, for Raphael is.. larger than most.
The tall man stopped in his tracks when he spotted the larger man staring at him. He gazed back at his eyes- both men gazing upon each other's eyes just for a second, then Raphael turned his face aside and continued to walk the street.
The man had an interest in this large guy. It's quite unusual to see a man with such a physique- muscles that even he can see from a distance.
The man swiftly gripped Raphael's wrist, looking up and staring back at his eyes.
The larger man faced back at the guy.
"A nice day, isn't it? The sky's quite clear for today."
"What do you need?"
The man licked his lips ever so slightly. He's planning to do so much more with him. All he has to do is plant his seed. To reap what he sowed.
"Lucifer." He let go of his hand that gripped Raphael's wrist, and offered him with his opposite hand.
"Good to meet you, Lucifer." He faces away. He did not place his hand onto Lucifer's hand. A clear decline.
"You're quite the busy man, aren't you?" He says in a deep, calm yet flirtatious tone. His eyelids lowered, as his posture changed to be more open and romantic.
"I have work to do." Uninterested, and tired. He walks just a slight distance away from him- before Lucifer catches up to him despite Raphael's display of disinterest.
"There's better work to do on this fine day, you know."
Lucifer then swept him away. Grabbing his wrist and pulling him closer with a heightened level of strength. It took an unusual amount of strain and force for the demon just to pull the other man closer.
"What? Humans are usually easy to carry around.." He thought.
Lucifer's sudden move instantly agitated Raphael- directing his attention, along with his gaze upon the demon. His eyes filled with the fury of an ancient wrath.
He then locked Lucifer's wrist- tightening his grip with overwhelming strength.
Lucifer was taken aback. It was out of his expectations that this man would be more than a large and strong, yet just an ordinary human. A dog he can just tame and place a collar around its neck. A big dog, yes- but still able to be disciplined, leashed and obedient. A man beneath him. A human beneath him as a servant is to a master.
This was not the case however...
"Do not test my patience, creature." His unyielding scrutiny drilling into Lucifer's frightened gaze. Raphael's eyes expressed his message more thoroughly.
"...What kind of man are you?" The demon asked, his tone breathless. He was frightened of this man's power, especially that he sees that he has not exerted much effort at all either.
Lucifer's hand slipped out of Raphael's wrist, writhing in pain against Raphael's strength. His loose fingers kept twitching, pleading for some respite.
Raphael lowered his gaze and lets go of Lucifer's wrist. Lucifer, who was weary and exhausted from withstanding the man's power, lowered down his posture. He held his wrist in front of his chest, trying to sooth and relax it from the pulsing, hot pain he feels. Heavily breathing as sweat drops down from his face, he faces Raphael as his back is hunched.
"Then it is settled." Raphael turns away from Lucifer and leaves.
Without a second thought, Lucifer ran up to Raphael. He reached his hand out to him, but before he could touch Raphael- the bigger man grabbed Lucifer's arm, halting his quick pace.
"Mind your manners, you creature." He said with contempt, looking down at the demon.
"I.. apologize human. You simply peaked my interest. I have never seen such a strong human such as yourself~"
Raphael let's go off Lucifer's arm, hearing out what he has to say. He raises an eyebrow, suspicious of what nonsense the demon would spout out of his mouth.
"I think we got off on the wrong foot. Sincerely, I apologize for being quite pushy towards you. Even so, I think we'll get along with each other~"
Raphael was unimpressed with his friendship proposal.
"I do not see the purpose for becoming acquainted with you, Lucifer." He said.
"Then I shall head my way this moment, for I have busy work this evening. Farewell."
Raphael walked away once again.
Lucifer thought, "This dog will be harder to tame then I thought. Well then.. I have no choice."
He chuckled to himself quietly, then made a quick decision.
He walked to Raphael's direction at a normal pace. Calm and confident.
As he was closing in the distance between him and the larger man, he exerted a burst of dark power within a snap of a finger. It enveloped him and the man he wanted control over.
As the magic propogated within a flash of darkness, Raphael could only turn his head as the power only grew in intensity at such a rapid pace.
Then, they were both gone from the streets.
