The waves crashed on one another, reaching the sea shore. Sounds of splashing filled the seaside. Along with squawking seagulls and their wings flapping against the warm sea breeze. The waves motion showed Sea Fairy's mood, calm and patient.
A sunny day was enough for the fairy to relax, breathing in that sweet, yet salty sea breeze.
Sea Fairy strolled onto the water, water splashing over her gown, humming a soothing rhythm like a lullaby. She continued step by step. Collecting colorful, eye-catching sea shells that caught her eye. She too, welcomed and greeted the sea creatures she cared for, as it is a part of her duty. She adored these creatures, protecting every single one of them. Their radiating joy, it brought her happiness.
Everyday was like this as the sea guardian, doing her duties and such. Guard, protect, defend (same words). It got tiring and boring overtime. Sea Fairy wanted something to happen, she longed, and yearned.. Yet, she didn't know what that something was.
Stormbringer, the smug Sky God, had a similar situation. For her patience, opposes the other, hanging by a thread.
Although, in one not-so-ordinary day, a peculiar cookie piqued her interest.
Sea Fairy stood ontop of the water, where her usual spot was. You can see her easily if you visit the seashore. The sunlight beamed through the clouds Stormbringer laid on. Resting on it as if she had done alot of duties (Spoiler: She did not). The fairy's smile was brighter, and warmer than the light. Another good mood for the day.
Stormbringer raised an eyebrow, how come she haven't met such beautiful cookie? Her curiousity expanded higher than the sky. Making a decision to fly down and try getting to know the cookie well.
As Stormbringer descends, Sea Fairy looked up. She wasn't expecting any visitors at the moment, especially since she was quite alone all the time. It was nice to have company, though. And she too, was filled with curiosity.
Stormbringer lands onfront of her, their faces only a few inches away. Stormbringer floates a few inches upper to match the taller one's height. She was THAT short. Stormbringer chose to ignore the height difference, a large smirk crawling upon her face.
“Greetings! I haven't met such wonderful cookie,” She stated, starting this conversation with a bold greet.
The fairy backed off, slightly shocked from the sudden greeting. She was quite shy, and awkward. Sea Fairy breathed in, gathering confidence as she continued the conversation.
“Ah, hello..” She replied, her tone sincere, yet a little quiet.
Stormbringer raised an eyebrow, confused on why this cookie was nervous, she obviously expected the same, bold salutation.
“Hm? What's with the hesitant reply? Are you upset?” She frowned, a bit disappointed.
Sea Fairy's eyes widened, she denied the assumption. “Oh— I'm most certainly not, I apologize.. It's just, the sudden appearance..” She claimed with a pause. “I am Sea Fairy Cookie.”
“Ah, I understand!” She laughed. “Some cookies have been SUPER shy whenever our first meeting starts. Anywho..” Stormbringer continues. “I am Stormbringer Cookie, the one and only Sky God! I wield the Heaven Splitter.”
“I've heard of you before..” Sea Fairy muttered, she recognized the nickname.
“I could say the same! You are the Almighty Sea, am I correct?”
Sea Fairy felt a small, pleasant smile on her face as she nodded.
“And you.. As you said, the Sky God.”
Stormbringer laughed in amusement, surprised that Sea Fairy got it correct, atleast. She was pretty entertaining.
“Hah! That is right!” Stormbringer let out a sly laugh (once more). “I see that we get along quite well!”
Stormbringer glanced at the sky, it's getting dark. Her smile turned into a tiny frown. “Hm, I might aswell be going now..” She sighed, displeased that her time is finished.
Before Stormbringer could leave, Sea Fairy, without hesitation, reached out.
“Wait!— maybe you should stay a little longer..”
“I haven't known alot about you, yet.” Sea Fairy had a faint smile on her face, her hand gently gripping the shorter one's wrist.
Stormbringer paused. Shocked, yet she was elated. I mean, she did enjoy her sweet time with a new cookie.
“As you wish, we shall!” The Sky God raised one hand in the air, floating down, laying in the air with her arms behind her back. Large smiles, talking, and joyous laughing filled the area. It was one of the greatest moments in eachother's lives.
When the moment ended, both had to say their goodbyes and returned to their respective teritory.
...
This was only a memory.
The two looked back at this way often than other couples do, mourning over the past.

Thunder and lightning struck over the seas, the wind was heavy, the sky was darker than the clouds. The waves were bigger and way more aggressive, closer to a tsunami. The rain was sharper than before, like daggers falling into the sky. Rage and wrath was the only thing that spread out the area.
“You DARE look into another's love?!” Stormbringer yelled, her eyes sparked a fiery flame, floating into the sky as she gripped the Heaven Splitter tightly.
“After everything we had, EVERYTHING. You chose, another?!”
She frowned, lighting struck beside the fairy's waist. Luckily, she wasn't hit.
Sea Fairy stayed silent, she stood there, all gloomy and downhearted. Her love for the Sky God never wavered, yet she can't help falling inlove again with another.
“I couldn't help, for the moon controls the tides. Her eyes guided me to hope!”
“So you're saying I never gave you hope?!”
“You are UNGRATEFUL!” Lightning fell and attacked the fairy, she managed to parry it with a wave, using it as a shield.
“Why would I have fallen for you?. You.. out of all cookies..” The Sky God sobs, her tears drooping over her face as it reaches the water.
“...” She had no words, she felt guilty. Sea Fairy knew this would happen. She never meant for the other to be heartbroken, so was she. All she ever had to say was sorry, but a simple apology isn't enough.
