(Reader p.o.v)
I wake up in my room and I'm dizzy. I can't believe what happened in my dream. My crush kissed me! The sparks were there and my face is bright red just thinking about it.
I sit up on my bed with an intentional crack of my neck. I stand up and gently get dressed (cutely). I'm applying my huxlow uniform to my body. I then walk to the bathroom and look into the mirror with my big blue orbs. I put my hair up in a messy bun and admire my beauty. I walk out the bathroom and downstairs into the kitchen.
When I reach the kitchen I greet my father, Andrew Johnson.
"AF 17 PCU. Good morning" I say with a smirk.
He snaps his head at me and his man bun almost comes undone as he makes his pancakes. His face if full of fury.
"How many times have I told you not to do that!?"
I scoff and walk away nonchalantly before opening the door and swiftly walking out.
I sigh at my father's petulance. I decide to take my mind of of him and daydream about what I could do in school today.
Skipping down the road, I catch a glimpse of someone on the corner on my eye. It's tyler. My best friend. Oh how excited I feel. I sigh happily to myself before yelling his name. He looks at me with his perfect face. He grins and flies over to where I'm stood. Tyler always been magical like that. I guess he's just different. Not quite sure why the government hasn't done testa on him yet. But that doesn't matter.
We gossip as we walk towards the school. I freeze. I see my other secret best friend. Maxwell. They are both unaware that the other one is also my best friend. 'Oh no' I think.
I grab Tyler's hand and sprint into the school gates, passing my father as he is supervising the front of the school.
I run to the quad but I bump into something skinny and I fall. I'm falling. I close my eyes and brace myself for impact. I'm prepared for myself to hit the floor. But then moment never happens. I feel boney arms slip around my waist and pull me up. I slowly open my big blue orbs and my face turns so red. Oh. My... its.. 💕DANIEL💕!! I stutter. In such shock. I'm stunned.
I notice his features. He's so handsome. The most perfect human being. So hot. He leans in with his perfectly proportioned head. He whispers softly in my ear,
"Be careful y/n... don't hurt yourself".
I slowly nod. I let out a nervous chuckle.
I hear a yell from behind us,
"Hey baby! Stop cheating on me and let's get to line up!"
If I hear that cocky voice one more time then I swear I'll do something negative. Its from his girlfriend, my rival, Nathan. 😡😡. Rage courses through my veins as Daniel let's go of me. They interlock fingers and skip away to line up.
I drop to my knees and scream in frustration. Why is it so hard?
