The misfits were on the couch with nothing to do on this summer day, almost everyone was on their phones, bored out of their minds. Lenore was playing angry birds, Theo was watching how to cook tutorials, Pluto was on doulingo trying to learn French for Duke, Duke was playing with his mustache while scrolling through Tiktok, Eulalie was watching a tutorial on how to use black magic, Berenice was watching Cold Ones(YouTubers who are really funny but they drink and swear alot), and Our dear Morella was knitting a sweater for her girlfriend, Ada.
Lenore was tired of being on the phone all day and since Annabel's group went for a walk in the park, She decided to bring her friends to playground at the park since it was nice and warm to be outside even if it was a little bit cold. "Hey guys, wanna go out for a bit?" Lenore said hopefully and with a small smirk. "You know what? Hell yeah." Theo said, immediately agreeing with his sister. Duke looked up from his phone, thinking about all the fun times they had when together outside, "I would be happy to do so, but where will we go?"his French accent was noticeable but you could understand alot things he said, Pluto immediately perks up "We could go to the playground?" He said, the small British man exited to go to a children's place. Eulalie stopped what she was doing and gasps "Could we please go? Pretty pleasee?" Moralla followed suit in the begging "Oh yes please! We had so many fun times together there!" The young Irish queen was very excited with Eulalie. Berenice finally looked up from her phone 'Wait, what's going on?" She had both her ear buds in and heard absolutely nothing.
Lenore put her phone in her pocket and then announce "We are going to the playground i guess, let's go get ready." The group of friends cheered and quickly hurry to get dressed. Lenore got dressed in a long sleeve shirt with a red shirt on top and baggy pants she got from Hot topic with those thick black belts, Theo got dressed in something similar except his shirt was blue, Duke got dressed in a light gray sweater with a pink vest and some gray pants, Pluto dressed in emo clothing, Eulalie looked like a beautiful witch in her goth clothing, berenice dressed in a crop top tangtop and a small black skirt, and morella dressed in a long skirt with a fluffy sweater that had a small unicorn design on the front of it. Lenore grabbed her keys to the small van that they were going to use to drive to the playground and she opened the front door to the house and let everyone go outside first before unlocking the van and getting everyone situated. Lenore of course was driving, Theo took the passenger seat (because he is a pretty princess) and in the back had Duke to the left door with Pluto next to him, both are listening to their shared Playlist, Morella is seated on the right side on her phone but clearly exited to go out and in the very back was Eulalie and Berenice, Eulalie was explaining something about witchcraft or some shit and Berenice being the loving girlfriend, was listening with genuine interest though it seemed more that she was staring at Eulalie's eyes. The drive to the park was not long, and before they knew it they were at the playground, everyone got out of the van and ran to the playground where thankfully enough no one was there. They could have fun and be as loud as they wanted. The Vandernacht siblings were on the castle part of the playground, rough housing, Duke and Berenice were on the monkey bars, Morella and Eulalie talking to each other about the things they like while walking around the playground and Pluto preferd to sit on the bench and play his emo music while drawing.
Lenore was chasing Theo because Theo decided to push her down the slide when she wasn't ready and she fell down. "Please Leo, I thought it was funny!" Theo called Lenore by Leo since it was a nickname he had given her when they were younger. "You son of a-!" Lenore was about to finish her sentence when she finally got close to Theo but Theo, rightfully scared for his life, is screaming his lungs out"AHHHHH PLEASE FORGIVE ME!" Duke and Berenice stopped playing on the monkey bars and were laughing their asses off. With Duke clutching his ribs while Berenice covers her face while laughing.

Annabel's group's POV.
Annabel and her group are walking in the park's trail since they wanted to get out of the house. Annabel, in a pair of leggings and a sweater she secretly stole from Lenore is speaking to Prospero, who is in a somewhat tight suit with a long coat hanging of his shoulder, about what they should do after this, Ada, who's in a sweater that Morella has knitted for her and in a long skirt is actually being nice to Will, who is wearing a long sleeve shirt and jeans, talking to her while Monty, in a pair of matching jeans with a white T-shirt and a red cowboy jacket, held Will's hand while walking silently for once, playing with the toothpick that he can never go without in his mouth. "I think we should go out to dinner at a nice restaurant, I can ask Lenore for some money?" Annabel said to Prospero, hoping he'll agree. "I would love to do that, but I'll pay this time." Prospero said, surprising the curly haired woman. Annabel blinked a couple of times before speaking up "That's quite alright love, but with one fatass,"her voice trailed off as she subtly glance at Monty, hinting that he is the fat ass "I'll pay for all of us this time, but thank you for your consideration." Prospero held back a laugh and then quickly nodded "I understand, Annabel.." he said in a barley audible tone, still trying not to laugh. Annabel notices and smirks, nudging him. "It's okay to laugh, plus..he's probably too deaf to hear anything and he isn't in our business so he won't know what you're laughing at." Finally Prospero let out a soft rare laugh, enjoying this moment. Annabel laughs with him. Meanwhile Ada and Will are speaking about barbies and what they used to do when they were little, "I use to make my barbies kiss since I didn't have a Ken" Ada said, Will said "Oh! I did that too, but with my Ken doll's since I didnt have any barbies" Ada laughs "Really? That's awesome!" She says while still laughing, Will laughs with her. "You guys played with barbies?" Monty finally spoke up, confusion mixed with amusement in his voice. Will looked at him "Well i did, what about you?" Will asked, Monty replied with a shurg "Nah, I didn't. I was stuck going to that church thingy when I was younger and plus I played with my dogs." Will rose an eyebrow "you had dogs?" , Ada giggles "Of course you would have dogs.." Ada said to herself. Monty hears her muttering to herself "What did you say, you little shit?" Monty said, lowering his voice, "Nothing, nothing, nothing at all" Ada said in a teasing tone. "Bullshit, Will what did she say?" Monty turned to Will, who just shrugged "Sorry babe, but i didn't hear her" Will said apologetically, "Ah it's whatever, not like i care or anything.." Monty said in a grumble, Will giggles softly "Yer cute when yer mad" Monty whips around and shouts "I ain't cute!" His face in a deep blush while growling, showing his golden tooth, "yeah, you are!" Will continued. "Tsk, whatever" Monty said, embarrassed but secretly liking it when Will calls him cute. Ada watches and speaks to herself "Gay asses.."
