The Ottoman Empire would value their government staying together in unity, while the Ming Dynasty would value all minority's beliefs being incorporated into their community. However, this did not work out as the Ottoman Empire fell to its limitations against Christians and Jews, and the Ming Dynasty collapsed due to its negative portrayal of Muslims.

The Ottoman Empire used political power to sustain their empire by valuing a united government, but it ultimately broke down due to the negative treatment against Christians and Jews. According to Morris Rossabi on the topic regarding political systems of Ottoman Turks, they state how Ottoman Turks “united under the leadership of a Sultan, and initiated a relentless drive which culminated in the destruction of the Byzantine Empire, and the occupation of Constantinople in 1453 and then Egypt, Hungary, part of Iraq, western Georgia, and western Armenia within a hundred years.” (I. Political Systems of Ottoman Turks and Ming China, Rossabi). Ultimately, this shows how the Ottoman Empire would come unified and conquer lands- representing a strong government in control.
