Summary:

6 months ago, Hikari Seiyama lost her mother, Ramiri Seiyama, in a tragedy referred to as "The Shinsei Incident." Thanks to it, her father, Shinkai Seiyama, fell into alcoholism and doesn't work regularly anymore. On top of that Hikari has a special condition that she and her father keeps hidden from everyone else.

Hikari Seiyama was now entering high school, still struggling with death of her mother, and even as she starts to make friends, she can't stop looking back to that day.

Frustrated with all of it, Hikari accidentally ends up at the place of the Shinsei incident: "Government Facility: Shinsei" and finds something hidden within it. Something that will change her life forever.
