AHH so first one!
The starting little animation is probably Caine (the red blob) and who i assume is a second AI (the blue blob) that i will refer to as Abel because im not creative at all and it kind of sort of dosent work.
The idea there is a second ai is from when Kinger is coding and goes into the files (in ep 8) we can see in the file titled 'ai' we can see 2 different ones, Caine, and a file named '???'
What i'm thinking is that segment is them feeding images and information to Caine and he makes little shapes and ideas and stuff. but they kind of put him in this weird frame thing i like to think of as the circus. Caine sees they are working on another ai (Abel) and keep in mind Bubble said "You really were the lesser of the two, you ruined this", and made caine really angry.
So im guessing caine got jealous and broke out of the "circus" and somehow ate Abel, and that might be how he made the NPC Abel, by just stealing their AI.

Near the middle, kinger says at the cafe 'Either due to pure brilliance or that tumor in his head.' Maybe Scratch had cancer and they purposefully made the headset trap you in there so they could make Scratch live, and to make sure he wasn't alone, they joined him in the circus. Also kinger and queenie were kind of acting like they had met each other before the circus, and when he said "Im so sorry i roped you into this with me" maybe Kinger convinced Queenie to join him with the others. On second thought, nobody really knows what body they get in the circus, and caine said that he went 'into their mind files' to pick out something that perfectly matched them. Maybe Caine knew kinger and queenie were married and intentionally gave them matching bodies. Ok this is just me ranting now but... Eve was created from one of Adam's rib, so maybe Queenie's avatar thingy was based off or created from Kingers, seeing as he probably went into the circus before her.
