Seltzer Cookie,
I would love to start with, congratulations on becoming a nurse! You display the gentleness and caring attributes which make it the perfect career choice for you.
As for how I’ve been doing…I am doing well. Like you, I’ve found a therapist. Sometimes, they are unsure of how to help in the moment. Even a small listening ear seems to help.
I’ve adopted a Great Pyranness named Bernard. Bernard seems to be attached at my hip. I adore him. It’s a step in the right direction for taking care of a dog, as even Bernard seems to assist me when I have the night terrors. Even on the restful nights, Bernard is curled up right next to me.
As for what consumes the most of my life, I am now an English and History teacher. I’ve only been a teacher for a year.
The balance of going from my time as a teacher to my home life has been an adjustment. However, I do very much enjoy it.
I miss you very dearly, Seltzer Cookie. I miss the light in your presence. I do agree, we should meet up some time.
I do hope you’re enjoying the Cookie Kingdom. From your writings; I assume the Cookie Kingdom’s culture is vastly contrasting to what we’ve experienced. As for this, so is the Creme Republic.
It’s both peaceful and beautiful here. I very much enjoy my current peaceful life, as it helps with the healing process.
