“Ugh…”
In some random dark alleyway, a certain looking Jester, who goes by the name of “Pomni”, could be seen groaning and slowly sitting back up, after having a moment or two to recover, she looked up and around, now realizing where she was.
“W-Where the fuck am I?-”
However before Pomni could process what was happening or where she was, she couldn't help but gasp and cover her mouth in shock, this confused her greatly at first.
“A-Am I No Longer In The Digital Circus?!”
But soon Pomni put the pieces together and finally understood what this meant, or at least, she hoped this was the case.
“But why am I still in this Jester form?...”
Of course there is some doubt, as Pomni noticed her look, not to mention how she still can't remember her name.
“T-That Doesn't Matter! I'm Free! That's All That Matters!”
But the fact Pomni wasn't in the Circus anymore, she didn't care, just more happy with the idea of finally escaping than anything.
“Now, hopefully I'm not to far from-”
Pomni quickly stood up to her feet and ran out of the dark alleyway, the desire and hope to see her home world again, she could barely contain her excitement.
“-Home….”
However, as soon as Pomni stood out of the alleyway, instead of seeing herself back on Earth filled with humans, all she saw before her was a very “Red” and “Burning” world, filled to brim with “Demons” in all shapes and sizes, most of them terrifying her beyond belief.
“... I-I think I wanna go back to the C-Circus…”
All the hope and desire that Pomni had before, was instantly replaced with fear, and the new desire to go back to the Circus, which the feeling only intensified when three of said “Demons” stood before her, and took an “Interest” in her.
“Oh lala, what do we have here~”
“Aren't you a cute little clown~”
“Always wanted to try some “Clussy”, hehe~”
And it was very obvious that these three “Demons” had no intentions to be “Nice” and “Civilized” with the Jester, causing her to step back and look even more terrified.
“U-Um, guys? Are you here? I could use a little help?”
Pomni desperately attempted to call out for help, hoping that her friends back at the Circus were also here with her to help her.
“Ragatha?”
Yet when Pomni called for them, no one came.
“Jax?”
No matter who Pomni called for.
“Gangle? Zooble?”
No matter how loud Pomni was being or who she begged for, she was all alone.
“Kinger?...”
Pomni whimpers as her back is pressed against the wall, blocking all escape, and all three of these “Demons” were basically all up in her face.
“CAINE! PLEASE HELP ME!!!”
Pomni was so desperate that she even called for the one known as Caine.
“No one can save you in [CENSORED].”
One of the three “Demons” was about to mock and taunt the Clown, however they quickly stopped themselves when they realized that their words were suddenly censored.
“Huh, what the [CENSORED]?”
This of course confused the three “Demons”, even more so when they got censored again.
“[CENSORED][CENSORED][CENSORED][CENSORED][CENSORED]!?!”
The three “Demons” tried to curse more and more and more, but each time they did so, they just kept getting censored, clearly no one understood what was going on, well, all except for the Harlequin.
“Now now now, we can't have any of that foul language in front of my Super Star~”
And all the guess and suspicion that the Jester had was immediately confirmed with the sudden arrival of a pair of jaws and floating green blue eyes that wore a ringmaster type of clothing.
“W-Who the-MHOHLHM!?”
But before the three “Demons” could question what they were seeing, they were quickly interrupted by having bars of soap shoved in their mouths.
“Now, why don't you run along, I need to have a little chat with my Pomni~”
And with the simple wave of this pair of jaws hands, the three “Demons” were simply just pushed away in a clown car and driven far away, leaving him alone with the only Clown he wanted to talk to.
“C-Caine, y-you actually saved me?”
Pomni, who was very grateful to have been saved, was still shocked and surprised to see that the one now known as Caine actually arrived to save her.
“Yup, wasn't gonna let anyone hurt my cutie patooties~”
Caine floated before the Harlequin and pinched and pulled her cheeks.
“W-Wait, how are you here? I thought you were just an A.I?... A-Are you actually human-”
After pulling away the pinching hands, Pomni then suddenly realized that the Ringmaster was actually here with her, in this real world, yet despite originally being just a simple programming.
“Nope! 100% Artificial Intelligent, but thank you for noticing my charm that would mistake me for a human~”
Caine immediately cleared up the idea and confusion of him being some kind of secret human, and instead confirmed that he was still an A.I, or at least used to be?
“Hm, so is this the human world? Gotta say, I was expecting something a bit less, um, red?”
Caine then took this moment to then look around and rubbed his lower jaw in curiosity and interest, trying to figure out where they were.
“I don't think we're in the real world, or, at least not in my world.”
Though all Pomni could confirm was that they weren't in her world.
“That makes sense, given how I even exist currently.”
Which did help Caine understand and get a good idea of their situation, if only a little.
“How are you existing?”
Pomni couldn't help but ask this question to the floating jaw.
“It must be this world's unknown energy, magic maybe?”
Caine simply shrugged and just gave a pretty vague answer to that question.
“Magic? Are you serious?”
Pomni honestly shouldn't be surprised by now.
“For now I am.”
Caine hums and was taking this situation seriously, which was honestly a bit unsettling to see for the Jester.
“S-So, um… Are you able to take us back to the Circus?”
Pomni really hoped this was possible, because even if she was free, the freedom she was given wasn't worth it, given how she was almost assaulted by some “Demons”.
“I don't know, probably!~”
But of course that answer remained unclear and unsure, as Caine was back to his usual silly safe.
“Oh God…”
Pomni could only groan and whine in despair.
“But why rush, we're in a new world together, why not explore it together and have our own private adventure!~”
Caine quickly hugged the Clown close to himself, clearly showing some excitement at this opportunity they were given and the idea of just having an adventure with just the two of them.
“I can totally see this be turn into some kind of Fanfic, like the one's Gangle make~”
Caine clapped his hands and couldn't wait to get things started.
“Well, not like we have a choice do we…”
Pomni just sighs in defeat, clearly having no room in the argument, not like she had the power to do anything differently in the first place.
“Don't worry, I'll be sure to protect you, it's my job as the Host after all, even if we're far from home~”
Caine, despite his careless and silly nature, still made sure to reassure the Harlequin that not only will she be ok, but be safe and cared for while he's around.
“... Thank you Caine.”
Even if Pomni still had some hesitation, and would still prefer to not be in the situation in the first place, she trusts him enough to keep her safe… Hopefully.
“You're welcome, now then, before we have our fun, we should probably look the part~”
“W-What do you mean-”
Caine then suddenly snapped his fingers, and before Pomni could even question what was happening, she suddenly found herself sitting in the make-up chair, with the Ringleader having a paint brush, as if about to make art.
“MAKE OVER!~”

I will be honest, this is more of a “Maybe” idea, I wanted to make a “Pomni X Caine” story, and this is all I can think of, let me know what you think, maybe I'll get more ideas and motivation, yes takes place before 7 and 8.
(BTW imagine Pomni and Caine looking like something the artist, “Potainasor”, made)
/Where Should Caine And Pomni Stay With\
Charlie/Happy Hotel: The obvious choice of having Pomni and Caine joining the main characters.
OR
Vox/VVV: I wouldn't exactly say that Caine and Pomni would become evil when they join the VVV, but will probably be more on their side if they meet them first.
OR
Just Pomni/Caine: Basically them becoming their own thing, and becoming something that would rival people like the Hazbin Hotel, VVV, and Overlords.
