9:24 PM
Knocks can be heard from the outside of Astro's cluttered room. “Astro, it’s me Sprout could I come in?” Sprout asked worriedly, a hint of concern in his voice even as he try’s to sound calm. “Uhm yeah come in, doors unlocked.” Astro replied sitting up in his bed with his usual dark blue blanket surrounding his shoulders, waiting for Sprout to come in.
Sprout opens the door carefully, barely holding in a grimace at the clutter and stale air of the room. His eyes landing on Astro's huddled form in the corner of the bed. “How are ya holding up bud?” Sprout said trying to act as calm as possible, even as he worries for Astro's health. “I noticed you haven’t been heading down for food in a bit.” He continued, sitting down on the edge of the bed, his weight making it dip slightly.
Astro looked across the bed at where Sprout sat down, taking a deep breath before responding to the worried question. “Yeah I’m doing good… I just haven’t been that hungry recently, so I've seen no need to go down to eat.” Astro lied smoothly hoping Sprout wouldn’t figure out the lie or press him about not eating. “Well I hope you come down in the morning, Cosmo and I are going to be making a couple different breakfast items that you might like.” Sprout nodded at Astro with a small caring smile before getting up and walking to the door. “I hope you’re feeling better soon.” He said softly while opening the door, then closing it with practiced ease.

I guess I should go down in the morning Astro thought as he tucked himself into his bed careful not to rub against the fresh cuts he inflicted upon his thighs, glad Sprout didn’t notice it or press him about his recent behavior. Morning came and so did the breakfast bell that Dandy always rang to wake the toons up that weren’t already awake. Astro got up out of bed pulling on some a clean t-shirt and some pajama shorts before wrapping a blanket around his shoulders and body then heading out of his room and to the Garden View cafeteria.
“Mr. Novalite you made it!” Toodles shouted across the cafeteria while waving only to be quickly hushed by Rodger and Eggson her two fathers. “Yeah I did.” Astro smiles softly, getting in line to get his breakfast before sitting down next to Bassie and Bobette at the Mains table. “Good morning Astro I hope you slept well last night.” Bobette said with her usually jolly tone and a soft but refreshing pat to his shoulder “I did sleep well Bobette, what about you?” Astro inquired, forcing a smile that looks way too real.
“I slept wonderfully last night and I’m glad you slept well too, I’m actually surprised Sprout got you out of that room of yours.” Bobette said playfully, not a single hint of sarcasm in her words. “Well it has been awhile since I’ve eaten Sprout's food so I thought I’d indulge on his kindness.” Astro replied, using one of his many arms to pick up the cinnamon roll that he grabbed taking a small bite and smiling as the beautiful taste hits his mouth.
“How kind of you.” Cosmo said while passing by with his tray, a sickly sweet tone hiding the sarcasm in his voice. “Oh and thanks for making breakfast Cosmo.” Astro laughed out kindly, pretending to be oblivious to the obvious jab at him. Finishing up with his breakfast he said bye to the other Main toons and a heavy thank you to Sprout, Astro departed back to his room.

Astro sat down on his bed, lost in his thoughts about why Cosmo was being so rude only to be interrupted by a knock at his door, followed by Sprouts voice asking to be let in.
